Euphoria was started 2007. Inspired from experiences in alternative communities in southern Spain and funky squats in Berlin. The creators wanted to combine the feeling of individual freedom with values of respect and tolerance to make a neutral space where people could find a common ground together. Staff are chosen for their genuine care for the guests and keeping a peaceful environment. As well as providing spacious dorms with shared kitchens there is a common lounge full of musical instruments to provide a place of inspiration and relaxation. Euphoria hosts many workshops, live music performances and cultural evenings in our common area. Encouraging guests to play instruments like, piano, drums or guitars that are amongst the soft couches and twinkling candles. Shared kitchens are well used by our guests cooking different dishes from around the world. Although Euphoria does not advertise a breakfast we do provide tea & coffee and cereals (just bring your own milk) We provide linen and FREE WiFi

Detailed Reviews
Euphoria's an Interesting + inspiring hostel; the staircase it self is covered in artwork done by traveling artist and the common room is used for various musically inspired work shops and jammin sessions; Friday evenings is a must for all budding musicians. The moment you walk through the door Jonathan and his team make you feel like you're home! The dorms are spacious, clean + with individual lockers. There is a kitchen for self caterers. You can't beat the location. STAY HERE WITH CONFIDENCE!

Stayed here for 4 nights in June. The hostel was great, very clean, friendly staff and good kitchen facilities. The hostel is just across the road from the old town which is very handy to get around. Shopping centres are only around the corner. Only downside would have to be there is a room with instruments to use and some nights people will be playing till 11pm. But apart from that i had a great time at this hostel.

To be honest right away- I wouldn't have gone there if not a friend had recommended Euphoria to me, because I usually stay in other kind of places than hostels. But I would have missed out the best part of my Tallinn experience.
Apart from the fact that it is a really nice hostel in terms of amenities with clean, cosy bunk beds and a spacious bathroom with everything you need, a decently equipped kitchen and a cosy living room, it is the people there that make it special. They give you a feeling of coming home to some good old friends you haven't seen in a while and make your stay in Tallinn memorable.
I will be absolutely happy to come back the next time I am going to be in this beautiful little city and I am already looking forward.

Visited the place in May 2014 with three friends. It's located near the Old Town in a quite small street without any noisy crowds. The rooms are pretty minimalistic but have anything you need for sleeping or resting. The only downside is the shower and toilet in the hall - it's one per the floor.
The personnel is EXTREMELY positive and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and just to participate in friendly chat. All of them were very friendly and tried to help in any way they could - booking the taxi, consulting with the map and so on.
The interior of the lounge zone is a special asset as it boasts lots of music instruments - guests can go there and chillout or play. The receptionist's desk is located near the mini-bar - must recommend the local dark beer - it's really nice.
Overall quality-price of the hostel is 10/10. Definitely would stay there in possible future trips to Tallinn.

My boyfriend and I booked a double room for 4 nights. The room looked very simple, but it was big (very useful since we had to spread all our stuff out to dry upon arrival, having been soaked by the pouring rain on our way over there) and sufficiently clean (there was some garbage left from previous travellers, but I've seen worse in other hostels, and at least there were no stains/bugs/...). The bed was very comfortable. No sink, but the shared bathroom was right across the hall and mostly available. In general we slept well, with the exception of our last nights when there was a noisy group staying on the same floor.
The staff is very welcoming and they provide a very homely atmosphere: many thanks! If you like to watch a movie in the evenings they will be happy to show one (they even take requests) and it is possible to have breakfast even though this is not mentioned on their website. Because of this and because of the cosy interior, there are always people in the common room.
Location is great: the neighbourhood looks neglected but inside you won't notice this, the hostel is about 5 minutes walk to the old town center, and there is almost no street noise.

I had a great stay at Euphoria. Yes, the facilities are a little older and the kitchen is small for the amount of people staying at the hostel, but the guys who run it are fantastic, the beds are clean, lockers easily available, and the location couldn't be better. Highly recommend checking out the open mic nights- it was so much fun to watch and share that experience with other guests and locals.

The hidden gem of Tallinn - this hostel is an artsy place, filled with creative elements, cool people and the best part - in most days there were band performances/rehearsals happening. The location was superb as the city centre was just across the street

+1
This place is absolutely amazing.i stayed there 2 nights with my girldfriend. I found it on the internet before our trip and i fell inlove. Once we got there (we were gonna be there only one night) we were amazed by its beauty so we decided to stay another day. The magic conveyed was immediate. From the door outside you could see how great it is, super colorfull and beautiful. That, combined with the old and fantastic architecture of the city was the perfect mix. The team is super welcoming and kind, the rooms are simple but comfortable. There is free wifi and lockers. They have a big and amazingly beutiful common room with lots of couches and music instruments available for everyone. it´s a really nice place to read or hang out with other guests. There is a little kitchen with free cereal, coffee and tea and you can keep your food in the fridge and cook. The location is great. Everything in this place is warmth and color. I absolutely love it ! The hostel and Tallinn in general, pure beauty! I will definitely come back. Thanks for everything.

I loved my stay at the Euphoria hostel! I walked in off the street after reading a review an hour before. The guy that greeted me at the desk was friendly and very laid back. When he showed me the common room, I thought 'WOW'! A space full of instruments, relaxing sofas and beanbags. It was definitely built get people talking with each while listening to some music or just to chill out in a nice atmosphere. I spent a while in that space. So nice! They even have a few gigs that happen from time to time for a couple of hours. But noise from this isn't a problem because all of this stops at 11pm.
They have a 10 bed dorm room. Clean, tidy and enough space. Connecting from the room is a kitchen (free tea, coffee and cereal).
Each person is given a locker to keep their values in along with a key (10 EUR deposit for this - get this back). But this wasn't an issue because there is a lockable door and a combination lock before getting into the room. Security was good :)
So generally, I felt the Hostel was a safe, art orientated, chilled environment.

I had great time at this place. The personnel were very polite and cool. Room was clean and bathroom was nice. I met a group of young German tourists and we spend a crazy night in the local clubs. There is a free parking and a room full of instruments. Sometimes there’re music evenings. Will definitely recommend to everyone who wants to spend the night in Tallinn for cheap and looking for fun.
