This hotel is simply not worth it, even if you get a deal. Location served us perfectly, but everything else was just disappointing. Reception is in the fancier hotel in the corner of the road, this seems to be their secondhand option with money-making in mind. - We got a room with "street view" which translates as street level room with busy road 2 m from room window. No noise cancellation, cars, busses, trucks driving by right there. Discraceful even to offer people a room like this, even with the price we paid. - In the bathroom there were silverfish bugs on the floor when you put the lights on. - In the shower there was plenty of long black hair. Disgusting. - Coffee and "tea" costs 80 cents/cup outside in the hall. Just. Don't. + Nice personel when we signed in. Don't be stupid like us, choose something else.

The location in itself is good, it’s close to the old town. But it’s quite noisy, I stayed on the street side, first floor, and there was a bus stop just outside. The reception is in the separate building, when I got there I was like “wow, this is nice, way better than on photos.” Yeah, because it’s not the same hotel. :D It was pretty clean, the bed was comfortable, but this whole experience of not getting any proper sleep is very annoying, especially when you just want to take it easy and be without stress. Also, I heard steps and voices from other rooms and two times it was so noisy that I thought that someone went into my room.

It's hard to come up with even one good thing about the hotel. It certainly is unique. The day we arrived the room smelled strongly or perfume and since the window was boarded shut airing it out wasn't an option. Luckily the suffocating smell of chemical faded, but only to be replaced by the stench of sewage and human waste. Guess the perfume was sprayed to cover that horrific odor. As we returned to the room at night we were greeted by bugs. Some sort of sewage bugs that looked worm-like. Not a fun surprise to say the least. In addition to that, the pictures online of said hotel do not represent the truth of floorboards placed 5cm apart from eachother and hefty layer of filth covering the bathroom floor. As I stepped into the bathroom I could literally feel a layer of dirt on the floor sticking onto my feet with every step. I do not recommend the room to anyone with a sensitivity to smell, any sort of standard or anyone who enjoys not feeling like they have to disinfect themselves after sleeping at a hotel. Well, at least the staff was decent and a bus stop was right near by so we could spend 80% of our trip anywhere else than that dump of a hotel room.

Sadly this hotel did not meet any of my expectations.... beside the surprise of the hotel being not a hote. As it had 0 facilities. The room was dingy next to a busy main road, hot .... but couldn’t open the window due to it being at street level and only a large window. It was also smelly and unkept the paint was chipping off the walls. At €70 euros a night I was also informed it would be an additional €17.50 to use the pool for an hour and it was located 25m up the road. Also during my two night stay I did not get any kind of cleaning service so, no fresh towels. The only good thing about this hotel is that it was oppisite the park inn hotel so I spent my money there for coffee and breakfast. The staff there were much more helpful. I couldn’t advise anyone more not to use this hotel it was mis sold to me on pictures and information about the hotel down the road and I feel very let down.
