We were treated well at the Kurgo but our overall impression is that their management team is far more focussed on the restaurant performance and status then the hotel service. Rooms are ok. Right in front of the supermodern football stadium, that is nice. We stayed 4 days and the room was clean just once while the swimming pool water...

This is probably one of the best hotels in Pärnu! Super location by the beach, backyard swimming pool, super restaurant and nice rooms. The best part must be the service, it does not get any friendlier than what we experienced! A great alternative for overpriced spa's, we will definitely come again!

We spent two nights here in July 2016 with family & our dog. The hotel staff was friendly and the look & feel of the hotel was good. The restaurant was great as well - a pit pricey compared to other restaurants in the area but in my opinion worth it. Only negative thing was that there was no air...

.....indeed a surprise to read so many positive comments for such a place...once again: -incredible slow service (during the week, when there is not so much people...) -extremely lousy food quality ! once again premises that try to be a restaurant without having the structure to be competing with other professional ones in town... please, keep this place just for...

Place was very nice, breakfast was good. Ask for a room with "real" windows, some of the upper floor rooms may have only roof windows and You may not feel to comfortable in there. close to beach. Hotel has good playing ground for kids. perhaps only down side was, that walls do not block noise too well

We got a room in the villa. The room was spacious, pretty and had a well functioning air conditioning unit (very useful after a hot day). Breakfast was good. There was a small pool and a nice courtyard with tables. Didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked good. Minor drawbacks: low water pressure in the shower, rather much overhearing...

What we liked- it was a pet friendly hotel. Good location-2 minutes from the park,5 minutes from the beach, 10 to the centre of Pärnu. Hotel restaurant Piparmünt was very good and service was excellent. Service in the reception was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was simple and choice was limited but it was still ok and I can not...

The room was clean, albeit a bit dark and stuffy. We stayed in the newly built part, which was somewhat disappointing as we thought we were staying in the villa. The staff, to be honest, could do with a course in smiling and attentiveness. It became quite clear during our two nights, that this is first and foremost a family...

The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The furnishing is a bit sparse but OK for a shortish stay. Poor quality towels that are hardly large enough to dry an average sized person let things down a bit. The rooms are probably quite noisy if the hotel is busy. We could clearly hear the conversation of the occupants of...

“The big rooms are in the separate house. Room 4 is on the first floor with direct exit to small children playground/yard. And it is on the quiet side - should be the most perfect. Second would probably be room 6, where we stayed, which is second floor, same entrance.”
