For all basic needs. Sleep, breakfast and peaceful location with beautiful sea view.
Bed mantras needs change little bit out of date for my back but okay. Price is very reasonable, very quiet area. Plenty of places to walk and enjoy nature, food places and some modest shops. If you want to go the beach for swim than from hotel to Vasikaholm beach is 12 minutes walk. For enjoying historic views like Haapsalu Castle than it's only 13minutes walk so everything is neary by and you don't need a car...

Romantic beach hotel along walking promenade. Summer hotel by the sea. Too bad we visited this nice hotel during off season in December. Hotel was nearly empty, perhaps due to existing public health concern. All necessary precautions had been taken in orderly manner, though. Staff was friendly and breakfast was quite good, better than expected. Seaview was great, our bedroom was on the first floor and you could see swans under your window. Highly recommend this hotel during summer season.

Stayed a couple of nights on a birding trip. Rooms are basic but UK but with good sea views. Not much of a bar area and breakfasts were pretty average but overall was acceptable especially as there is little choice in the town.

The price does not match the quality. The rooms are very basic. 2 stars maximum for that hotel. Yes, the location and view is 5 star. Service is very slow in restaurant. Only one waitress per all people in restaurant.

The room itself was ok but there was no ventilation in the room nor bathroom. We were on the 1st floor and the terrace door opened only one way - to the terrace - which was directly next to street. Didn´t feel safe sleeping with open door but couldn´t sleep without the air so i had to open it in the middle of the night. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everything what was going on on the second floor and on the coridor.

Room is quite okay, very simple. No air-conditioning and it got very hot in early morning. Breakfast was weak, but not bad. Location is good and quiet. Service is nice.

Generally quiet, helpful staff. On ground floor only ventilation is to open verandah door which is an invitation to passersby to come in as it opens directly to promenade. Breakfasts good. Note the restaurant does not serve meals to guests (only drinks) if the function room part is in use.

This hotel is situated as its name implies right on the Promenade, and all the bedrooms have sea-views with balconies. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed, and staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is OK, but evening meals not brilliant. However this is not a problem as there are a number of restaurants in the town.

It was June, and the midnight sun was incredible! The location of the hotel is amazing! Just beside the Baltic sea. The rooms are very basic but what do you need when you have such a lovely and romantic view?! Haapsalu is a little town and very quiet when we were there. We, my wife and I, will remember that sun for all our lifes!! Stay at Promenaadi and you will see!

Villa with two –story building comes with balconies and beautiful panoramic view of the ocean
Great place for bird lovers. The restaurant has a magnificent view to the sea
Need to request kettle from the reception
Wifi connection was relatively good.
As the flooring were made of wood, we then to hear creaking sound when the guests were walking around the room located at upper floor.
