We stayed for a few days in the hotel to see Vilnius. Since were drive with the car selected this hotel since it offers free parking and we could always drive to the city. By car from the hotel it was 10 minutes drive, so not too bad. The hotel was in a sports complex. So in the building there was a gym, some offices and also a sports shop. It is a modern and chic, but casual hotel, the furniture are coming all from IKEA. Also cleaning is done not every day, but it was clean. The room was smaller compared to other hotel we stayed, but still ok. The bath had a nice size. The breakfast was also good, even so that the staff has some challanges to refill it. And the cups were so small that it was nearly impossible that coffee or tee is not swapping over, I selected the hotel because of the gym which was not included, and you have to pay. That would not be a problem except that I think 10€ for the stay maybe max a week is enough. 10€ per day is for me too high. This and the non-service attitude at the night reception were my only minus points for me. So the hotel is ok, the location without having a car medium. And given the behavior on the reception I do not recommend the hotel. But if for some reason you must or want stay in the area, it's ok..…

We stayed in Urbihop for 2 nights, really enjoyed our stay here :) We got a large room with big bed and a couch were our daughter were sleeping, and she said it was comfortable :) In the toilet we found everything we needed and even more, there was a toothbrush with little toothpaste and even a razor (saved me, I didn't have to look for a shop :D) and other extra little things :) So that's a big plus for me :) Parking was free and delicious breakfasts! Great say and if we will travel again to Vilnius we would stay here again.

Really nice Hotel, good price and good quality. The food is delicious for the price (I really reccomend the chili con carne) I really reccomend this place, and people that works here because they are very helpful and nice the breakfast is really good, in my opinion 10/10!

The staff is very helpful and welcoming to customers' needs. The restaurant offers good food and the breakfast is very amazing. I recommend it for work and for tourism, family and more, to visity the city (only 10 minute via Uber)

Room was modern-looking, clean and with a great view from the 6th floor. Staff was rude, especially breakfast operating staff; coffee machine didn't work and juice was ran out so we asked staff to look at this; and got the rude "go bar" for the answer. Also, on the Sunday morning, breakfast waitresses had brought their drunk friends along to the breakfast table, so they were pretty occupied with keeping them company. Overall, the room was pretty and modern but staff needs a customer service training.

The room was always clean and tidy, the employees were nice and friendly. The only issues we had were the bad window curtains( same as not having any) and the same cold continental breakfast everyday. Easy parking and access, quiet and close to everything. The hotel should make improvements on the room curtains and the breakfast.

Unfortunately, we are an economy class hotel and we can not offer full black-out curtains in the rooms, but we offer great blinds to cover sunlight. On the other hand sorry to find you did not enjoy our breakfast. For the breakfast we offer continental breakfast choices as well as 8 (!!) hot dishes choices for our guests. this is one of the biggest choices of breakfast among all 3-star properties in Vilnius. Nice and clean room. Good breakfast. Just some meters from ice rink and sport hall. very comfortable place. There is big parking for free and nice open air place with tables to drink some bear, for example, and eat some snacks.

Cold rooms, average breakfast during covid pandemic. Bad sound isolation also, you could hear kids screaming and running in the early morning. Overall price is affordable, so for the price i can give 3,5/5 stars
