The classic no-frills hotel with classic setting as you find everywhere, large and comfortable room, as soon as you enter there is a bathroom, desk and then double bed. As soon as you enter the structure opposite there is the reception and on the left the breakfast room, very good for savory, less for sweet (local tastes, there is). You are on the street, I with room 304 was on the side but I noticed rooms also on the front so beware. Classic carpet that smells of communism and bad intentions, but I slept between two soft pillows all night, worth the experience. Bus stop a stone's throw but beware that you are well outside the center, 30 min walk and 20 by bus. I conclude by warning that you can leave your suitcase without problems, the reception staff is sociable and helpful.

I stayed at the Vilnius City Hotel at the end of September 2023, to attend a conference.
Location easily reachable from the airport in a few minutes by Uber, it allows you to reach the center in about 30 minutes of pleasant walking and even at night with a feeling of safety.
I had a room on the 3rd floor.
I can't say anything bad about the cleanliness, although the carpet in the room didn't look recent. The empty mini-bar made a noise not compatible with sleep, which is also quite heavy. I turned it off. One large and one small towel, clean but rather threadbare, every day. The bathroom without a support surface, without a bidet (an accessory much loved by Italians), absolutely spartan, a shower with an exposed white plastic pipe, of a model that has been out of use for decades.
The worst: the terrible cooking smell that appeared quite early in the morning (probably the breakfast kitchen) and filled all the spaces on the third floor, and later became more tolerable, but did not disappear even at night. The breakfast, included, is rather spartan, perhaps a little more satisfying for those who love savory and continental breakfasts.
I don't recommend it.

+1
Cheap hotel in convenient location. Girls in reception were really nice and friendly, made me feel welcome. Room was okay and clean, except the toilet room. It was clean but it was horrible smell coming out from toilet itself. Toilet brush was old and dirty and smelly.
Breakfast pretty good, big variety of food for everyone’s liking.

Well, this hotel is on the main road and it is easily reachable, which is the best thing about the hotel. The parking is boh in front of the hotel and in the backyard. The rooms are OK, the bathroom needs renovation, mattrass on the bed is old and very soft you feel like sleeping in a waterbed. If you have a room with the view to the background of the hotel, it is awful and the noise from ventilation of the opposite building is loud as it is the fridge in the room. When you want to open the window, there is a stool you have to climb on😁😁 but if you are too short, you wil have a problem to reach for it. Breakfast was nothing special, not a lot to choose from.....only a few main things.....

The room window located in fron of 20 cooling ventilators buzzying in front of you, neans the window to be closed. The room do not have air mechanical ventilation or conditioning system, so it is poorly ventilated at all. The toiled and shower room stinks from cigaretes or smoce comes through the ventilation from other room. Breakfast not good at all, products the cheapest and low quality.

Terrible experience, hot water run very quickly so I addressed the problem at the reception and of course I was told that she was a new member of the staff and did not know anything. I was given ripped towels, plus the room was smelly. Poor breakfast.

Location isn't very convenient for town so if you're looking to be in the centre of the old town I wouldn't recommend.
The rooms had some damage to the skirting boards. The staff weren't the friendliest I've ever met - not particularly rude, just not overly friendly or helpful.
