Had a 3 night stay, staff very friendly and arranged taxi collection from airport which is a short drive away. Clean and comfortable and close to everything. Breakfast consisted of hot and cold food with enough choice to suit everyone.

This hotel does the job well. Good location, very clean, good size of rooms, friendly reception, affordable. The reason for not 5 stars is a certain lack of room character. Breakfast is a little dull. All in all: A nice stay.

I stayed here go for 1 night. I was in Vilnius to watch a UEFA 2020 Qualifier between Lithuania v Serbia. It was only a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Come out of the hotel, turn left, walk through The Gates of Dawn and simply keep walking straight on. You'll come to the stadium which will be on your right hand side. The hotel was fine. The receptionist was friendly and the room was ok. It felt a little outdated but was adequate for my requirements. The breakfast choice was good and quality too. The hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk to the Cathedral. Without doubt, Vilnius is a beautiful city and worth a visit. It's absolutely lovely and I'd recommend it to anyone.

I can not say enough about how delightful this hotel was. From the reception, to the room to the breakfast to the location. The staff was great - even making us take an umbrella out one evening, as they were sure it was going to rain. (It didn't, but we were glad we had the loan of the umbrella). The room turned out to be a living room and bedroom. The view was of the inner courtyard. It was quiet and calming! The breakfast was huge - local breads, meats, cheeses, vegetables, fruits...and on and on. There was a wonderful mix of people from all over the world there and conversations at breakfast were enlightening. The location was perfect. At the end of a quiet street, but so close to good eating, drinking, shopping and tourist sights. We had a very late flight out and they held our luggage all day. We spend three weeks in the Baltic countries and this hotel was our hands down favorite. I truly wish I could live there....

My review would have been a 5 star except for one problem: we were in room 210 which is right above the outdoor smoking area. Due to the extreme heat (and lack of air conditioning) we had to leave our window open. The smokers never seemed to stop! There were always a few out there puffing away and talking so loud! We were trying to sleep, so I called the desk. I think all we would have needed was a room in a different area. So, if smoke and noise bother you, ask about this problem. Other than that, the hotel was lovely. We had a two room suite and loved it. The bed was comfortable and the TV had lots of choices. Breakfast was fine. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. One woman helped us so many times! She went above and beyond for us and I feel certain for every guest.
