We spent three nights at the Narutis Hotel and it was fabulous and in the best location one could wish for right in the centre of the Old City in the best street (Pilies Street). The hotel is steeped in history and it is so atmospheric with wonderfully stylish decor. The staff were great and the rooms are beautifully finished. The brick-domed historical breakfast room provides a great range of breakfast items. I will absolutely stay at this amazing value-for-money hotel when I come back next year with a group of friends. My husband and I loved Vilnius and recommend it highly. We truly had a 10/10 stay.

Great location, very warm and caring service. Many thanks to Lucie, Mantas and Martinas for providing a great service ! We came on a weekend for a relatives' wedding and we really enjoyed our stay in this cozy hotel located near all the historical sites. Breakfast offers a good selection of cold cuts (the smoked salmon is a must try) and fresh bread and pastries to help you survive the cold weather outside (-1° for October). The room was clean with plenty of amenities, however sticking big price tags on water and wine bottle on the room desk is somehow inappropriate. The only small detail is that we could not find how to turn the heat down as the room temperature was 24°C and had to open the window (not really environmental friendly) to get our 18°C preferred for a good night sleep. We will definitely come back again when in Vilnius.

Room Tip: Ask how to modulate the heating, we did not find it on our own.

Perfectly situated in the heart of the Old Town, within walking distance from most sights and Christmas markets. Staff was very helpful and made us feel welcome. Our Superior room wasn’t very big but still comfy and nice. The beautiful vaulted ceiling made the room feel bigger than it was. Breakfast was ok, there was lots to choose from. In the first morning the breakfast room in the cellar was crowded but after that mornings were more peaceful. At times there were no glasses for juice or we had to wait for our coffee for a while but other than that, everything went smoothly. It would not take much to make the breakfast a bit better though.
The Christmas decorations all over the hotel were beautiful. If we ever go back to Vilnius (and I hope we will), Narutis will definitely be the right place for us.

We did a package deal for 200 euro deal for a nights stay, with breakfast dinner and spa access.
Champagne and fruits brought to our room on arrival.
Good spa facilities but not all working, the water jets in the pool and the main part of the Jacuzzi are not working.
We had a fantastic meal in the restaurant in the evening and served by the fantastic Robertas - honestly the best service i have had in Vilnius he is a huge asset to this hotel and I have been visiting Vilnius for 15 years several times a year.
Breakfast was a "so so" experience, a small buffet which i understand as the hotel is very quiet but they accommodated when we requested cooked items and they made some pancakes for our son and omelets for us.
Now to the room, we put the AC on in the room late in the evening and had a strange noise coming from it so we cooled down the room and then turned it off, our son woke at around 5am crying we think as the room had really warmed up by this point so we had to put the AC back on to cool the room but it doing so we get the noise back again, 1.5 hours of trying to put him back to sleep was not a nice experience and for a 5* hotel i would expect the rooms to have blackout curtains, at 5am the room was bright and also making it difficult to sleep.

One thing that i expect from pretty much every hotel i go to when checking out is to be asked how was your stay? This did not happen so i bought up the fact of the AC noise and got brushed off and told we will have a look at it but with no real interest.

Even with the great meal in the restaurant Im giving this a 3* as a 5* boutique hotel has to have great functioning rooms and spa facilities and this was not the case. Robertas added a star to the overall experience.

We had booked a Superior room, booked via Booking.com.
The room we got was same as the Classic room, did not have a dedicated living room area with sofa or anything similar that was shown of the Superior rooms photos on either their own website or booking.com.

The room looked identical to the Classical room photos, and was also smaller then the advertised 27 m2.

We went to talk to reception, they only had 2 other offers for us, that was either room that was very smelly or a room with no heating. In the end we had not really choice, so ended up keeping the original room.

Breakfast was another disappointment, considering this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, it was awful service.
We arrived 9:30, 1 hour to go, no attention was made to refilling hot foods and crossiants. Staff seemed not to care that there were no eggs left etc, despite breakfast still having an hour to go.

At one stage I went into the kitchen where staff was just standing around and chatting without a care, and asked them if possible some more eggs.

When we booked the hotel it was advertised with spa and swimming pool, this was not available when we was there.

Staff did overall not seem very interested to satisfy their customers, continue treating customers like this and at least change your rating to a 3 star hotel and it will lower peoples expectations.

One positive, the beds were very good.

Good historical structure in downtown strategic and with good parking. Breakfast fantastic.Restaurant high quality with excellent dishes and Top service. Rooms very clean and silent. Personnel professional. Only small remark: Spa use at payment and particularly in the winter, with baltic weather should be agreed to have sauna coming back in hotel after visiting this amazing town! Normally same type hotels i usually visit in EU supply such a services free for guests.

Clean and aesthetic rooms and decorations, helpful staff, great location - near to the Old Town, tasty breakfast. The hotel is beautifully designed in the inside, there is a possibility to park your car in the parking lot nearby. Every room has its own, unique style.

We stayed in Narutis in Sep'22. All was ok, the room was spacious, clean and nice design. Breakfast also ok. The only one thing we didn't like that the sauna was closed due to high electricity prices. We would be happy to accept a charge at a higher rate and to use sauna... but we were told it's closed and the swimming pool is empty due to same reason. Staff manners could be improved as well. The location is fantastic in the heart of Vilnius old town.
