Detailed Reviews
The room was fine. The breakfast buffet was mediocre (not a lot of choice), though the little pancakes were tasty. The coffee is horrible, they should get new machines that use fresh beans. Very bad WiFi connection.
About 25 minutes on foot to the cathedral square, so it is located a bit outside city centre.

The hotel is a little bit outside the city, but there are busses and scooters. The breakfast is not the best one, but there are choices: vegetables, sausages, cereals, … (sweetly and salty). The room is comfortable: bed, air conditioning, bathroom…

Nice hotel with clean, warm rooms (in autumn) and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is extensive and well organized. Good location as well, the main sights are between up to 25 minutes walking distance.

Room, internet cleanliness were OK, location is OK. Customer service is zero. I arrived early before check in time at 2:00pm although the room was ready. They didn't allow me in. At 7:30 in the morning I went down to ask for coffee they said they don't have the restaurant opens 8/9 morning. Any normal hotel offers hot drinks from 5:00 as there are tourists/ businessmen with very early flights. Not to forget to mention it took me so long to check in as if they were not aware of software usage of the PC. The lady at the reception needs a customer service training am afraid.

We went to Vilnius for Christmas and to this hotel. On Christmas Eve, it was rainy and bad weather outside, so we decided to have Christmas dinner in the hotel's restaurant. It was supposed to be open until late at night. We arrived at 19:30 and the restaurant was already closed!! Fortunately, we had gone to the store in the morning and bought something to eat. So on Christmas Eve, we sat in the lobby of the hotel and ate chips and small meat sausage snacks. It's a wonder that the respa was open and we could buy beer from the vending machine there! It was the same thing on Christmas Day, but we made it in time and were able to eat at a restaurant that was just closing. There had been a note in Respa stating the restaurant's opening hours, but the restaurant had already closed many hours before that. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! At Respa, the situation was just buttered up!

The hotel is just bad. It is totally worn out and the rooms smell extremely musty. Because of the noisy highway right in front of the hotel, you can't leave the windows open. The quality of the breakfast was simply poor and unappetizing. We had to sleep there for two nights. During that time, room service didn't even come to make the beds and change the towels! The location is also rather remote. All in all, a complete disaster. The second star is only because the bathroom was at least clean.

2 nights on a trip through the Baltics.
Cons: Housekeeping not done daily, no wifi. Correct restoration nothing more. Decoration and atmosphere without charm.
The pros: Comfortable bedding, location close to the center on foot

Just a 10 minute walk to the center. Good beds. Unfortunately many rooms air conditioning broken. If you indicate this, you will be offered a new room. Large fitness room available. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Try to get rooms at the back. Front is on the highway with noise.

Well, the Europa City is a very good hotel for travellers..
The position in the city is not the best: it is 8 minutes away from the Old Town - City Center by taxi (15 litas = 5 euro), and it is just in front of a big four-lanes road, which, in the morning, starts to be very trafficated (but since the hotel is new, the windows stops all the noises!)
But, besides this, it is a very confortable and clean hotel: brand new, the rooms are essential, with minibar, a small television (probably 17'') and a good bathroom.. hairdryer is in every rooms, but, unfortunally, there is no much space to puth your clothes out of your bags.
Internet connection available in the room by LAN just after payment (12 litas for 12 hours usage - also non continuosly but in 3 days), while there is a WiFi area just in front of the reception for free.
The reception is ready to help you in visiting the city, with maps and suggestions. Unfortunally they don't have any Money Excenge, so, consider to buy Litas in the City center (a Casino is good as well).
A good Supermarket is just 2 minutes away, and you can buy there everthing at very good prices. At the end, the price: I spent about 190 Litas (50 Euro) for a night, with brekfast, standard room during an exibitions.
Considering the price, and what I needed (to sleep), I suggest it to everybody looking for a clean and cheap hotel.
Last suggesiton: ask anyway for a "back side" room.. you'll heard no noise at all!!

A clean and well presented hotel.
A good 30 min walk to the tourist highlight of the old town.
Too close to the main highway so very noisy and the air conditioning is not the most efficient, but if you open a window the noise is horrendous.
Breakfast is a good selection, but very small breakfast room and you have to wait for a table at 0745 and for breads and fruit juice to be restocked which can be irritating.
The gym and spa are a good feature but again more for a business traveller than tourist.
Staff are polite and helpful but cannot answer transport or airport questions.
Very much a business venue than tourist.
