Detailed Reviews

The hotel has a very good location for sightseeing in the area. The quiet courtyard with restaurant is also parking, whereby we found the parking fee of 20€ / day too high in relation to the room rate. The reception was friendly but seemed helpless. Upon detailed questions, only a brochure for a city tour by bus was presented, even the exact location of the tourist information was unknown. (There we got a good plan with tips for a tour). Apparently there is no elevator (4 stars?), but the suitcases were carried to the room. Our very small (about 12 m2) standard room directly out to the intersection is not recommended. The window cannot be opened because of the noise, nor does the air conditioning solve the problem. The whole facility is a bit ancient, but that did not bother us. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and offers a good start to the day. Overall, the next time you visit the beautiful city of Vilnius, you would choose a different hotel.

Room Tip: Kein Zimmer zu Straße wählen, Infos zur Stadt müssen selbst organisiert werden, Parken sehr teuer

A wonderful hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are good and we got what we ordered. Very close to most things in the Old Town and it’s next to a nice river. If you’re looking for a place that’s very central, affordable and quiet and you appreciate a very easy and quick check in and checkout, this is the place!

We booked straight from the hotel 6 nights in Superior room. Service was brilliant whole time, from the booking until the time we left. Room was specious with minibar big enough you can put wine bottle there. You can find also opener and glasses from the room. Bathrobes were useful and bed so good that we decided to update one at home too. Location good, old town around the corner and Uzupis across the river. Nearest grocery store Iki Uzupis just couple of minutes walk away. Breakfast well organized in Covid19 time, still menu was bit short for 6 mornings. Coffee at breakfast extra good but machine slow. Can highly recommend Mabre!

Great value central hotel. We had a huge room which was comfortable & warm. All the city sights were in walking distance from the hotel, would highly recommend! I think we paid approximately £170 for 3 nights which was exceptional value. Loved Vilnius, fab little city!

The hotel is spread out around a courtyard, it is very attractive. It is near to everywhere in Vilnius and the Wi-Fi is excellent. Our room was clean and quiet with all amenities provided. We had to walk up two flights of stairs as there was no elevator where our room was situated, it may be different across the courtyard rooms. We would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located for a city tour. The staff is professional and the surroundings neat. Breakfast is good. However, rooms do not match the hotel category; decoration and furnishings are outdated. In particular single rooms are to be avoided, under the roofs, vasistas to the sky, narrow bed. In short the value for money is not there and it is better to go to other neighboring establishments.

We stayed in Mabre Residence Hotel during an overnight visit to Vilnius. The rooms were good value. While the decor is slightly older the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The check-in and check-out process was dealt with efficiently.
I left my e-reader behind and the staff held it for me before shipping it internationally, free of charge despite my request to pay the shipping charges, they were very helpful in resolving my mistake.

A beautifully presented, praceful spot on the edge of the Old Town, consisting of a variety of old buildings round a courtyard. The restaurant (good breakfast, with strong flavours) was in a corner across from our "staircase".
Our rooms were on the second floor, reached by steep-ish marble stairs (no lift). Peace and quiet reigned. We didn't find any public rooms, or a bar, although a wide variety of drinks could be purchased at reception.
I don't like single beds built against the wall, but you can't have everything!
The staff we met were young and enthusiastic, and spoke good English.
This place is neither over-luxurious nor over-modern, but I would stay again.

The hotel was good. We had a lot of space in our room, and there had a mini fridge and a gadget to warm water. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the heart of Vilnius so it is close to literally everything. If we needed to go to far from the hotel we also had bus stations right on the corner.
The only bad thing was that our beds (we are a couple) were separated and individual.
In general, we enjoyed our stay there. We recommend and we would come back!

Great location in the hotel. Very friendly staff. The staff at the breakfast, was service oriented and the breakfast room was nice with the possibility to sit outside. However, lack dark bread. Also lacked magnifying mirror in the bathroom and the pillows in the bed were too high. We were happy with the hotel.

I would suggest a taxi; it's cheap enough, and the hotel can organise it in advance.
not sure there are ground floor rooms but not to many stairs to climb.
W are delighted, that you are interested in Mabre Residence hotel.

The price is 15 euro for 1 hour of private swimming pool (a little cold) and sauna.
"I liked the courtyard view. See the photo of the staffer in a suit cleaning it up. Also, go for lower floors if stairs are a problem."Read full review
