Upon arrival at the hotel we were not warned about self-service (full absence of the staff), SMS with the room number did not come. Upon check-in, it is indicated that there are two of us, while 1 person is written for breakfast .... The rooms are not very clean.

Here we are always welcome and in our case, the suites welcome us like at home. Our friends have taken double rooms (you will see them in the pictures) but in my opinion the suites are much more welcoming and spacious with a plus: a giant shower where you can comfortably stay in two. Something has changed in the catering part. In the morning for breakfast the choice is wide and varied with sweet and savory dishes. Unfortunately we can no longer have coffee from the bar (we love espresso) but there are two automatic machines that make different types of coffee. We will be back for sure and recommend it to everyone ... even for the view of the Cathedral

Rooms are a decent size if a little dated style. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and a good choice hot or cold. I would give the hotel top marks for being clean and tidy. Check in is by keypad and code is sent in advance but there is a help desk on site and the lady there was very helpful. There is also a luggage room which helps if you are early or need to store for a while after checkout

Fantastic time spent in the center of Vilnius near the Cathedral. We stayed at this hotel for a month, the room was very cosy with a comfortable bed and well working air conditioner. If you’re here for a long stay you get access to the kitchen and washing machine - which is very convenient! The hotel has beautiful interior with green plants, also we really enjoyed the free scooter service. We will definitely come back!

Hotel was recommended to me by a friend, sad not what I expected.
This hotel has no Reception, in fact no one to speak to if you need a taxi, have your clothes cleaned need local information etc. You simply receive a email with your room pin code. That's it, your on your own!
I went down to the restaurant area to ask a question and the very, very rude manageress had no time for me and distanced herself from the hotel. Was really shocked for a 4 star hotel.

I spent 3 nights in the hotel in early December 2019 as my first stop in the Baltic states trip. The room is not that big but good enough for 2 persons. The decoration is a bit old fashioned.
What disappointed us most is the bathroom, there was no shower gel in the bathtub, and the device for shower gel was broken. I had to use the hand soap from the sink for cleaning. We told the reception on the next morning to fix it, but it was not fixed. The trash bin in the bathroom was broken too, it can’t be opened when u stepped on it.
The bottled water were only provided on the 1st day, but it was not refilled on the 2nd and 3rd day.
Oh.... there’s no slippers. You have to bring your own. No tooth brush, no tooth paste, no cotton buds, no tissue .... and the toilet paper was not refilled too.
I was so disappointed that I had to put a short note on the mirror on the bathroom asking the cleaning lady to refill the stuffs and fix the problems.
The breakfast in the cafe was quite good ... highly recommended. The staff in the hotel were helpful but there was only 1-2 in the reception and they were extremely busy most of the time.

stayed here for business in early February 2020. found the location to so central and close to bars, restaurants and of course the cathedral and castle has all the usual services like WIFI etc
the breakfast was quite good, lots of variety for all tastes in a buffet style setting. the coffee machines provide lots of the black stuff and the service is helpful and efficient
the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom amenities quite good. cant really fault anything
all in all, id happily stay again when next in Vilnius

The location is great, but that’s the only good thing they have. Horrible customer service. As a 4-star hotel it should have a reception at the hotel. The administration can be reached only via phone or messages which is very inconvenient. The absence of staff means that there is no one at the hotel to look after what is going on in its public areas. They do weddings and other parties at the hotel’s restaurant and no one controls the noise during such events. Moreover, it looks like the restaurant’s toilet is across the hotel’s lobby meaning that people from the restaurant have to go through the hotel’s premises and they then gather in the lobby for a chat and the lobby is close to the rooms, so good luck if you want to rest and sleep. I had to message them after the midnight and inform about the noise, it was impossible to sleep. They have ‘accidentally’ cancelled by reservation on booking.com a week after my stay which now cannot be fixed ( so it is not counted as a stay for Genius discount offered on booking.com now and I cannot leave a review on there). They could not explain how this has happened, and did not bother to take any actions or reply to my last message. The hotel needs updating too. The water flow was bad, it kept switching from cold to hot water so it took ages to take a shower and was very annoying. The rooms could be cleaned better.

First of all, Hotel cannot claim 4* if there is no reception. They claim that it is to give you more freedom, it is only to save money. That is obvious.
I stayed there on marc 10-12.
Honestly the venues is not bad, but there is no service. Not what you expect from a 4* star hotel. I work in a 4* star hotel so I know what I am talking about.
The room was missing - bath robes, dental kit, shaving kit, there was no coffe in the room. And when i called and i sayed that i was missing these things. They told me to go and get it myself from the room below where they keep extra stuff.
How can someone even tell that to a guest in 4* star hotel? quating " you can check for the things that you need in the room nr " They gave the code door, and i went and got it myself. But everyone who reads it understands that this is not a 4* standart by far.
The phone in the room did not work, and they say you can contact them on whatsapp. I called them many times not eve once anyone picked up, i had to call with a foreign card to their phone number and pay high fees just to get in touch with reception.
It is definitely better then a hostel, but in the 4* hotel. It is not only about the bed and sheets that you have. It also the staff and the personal experience that is created and tailored to every guest individually.
When you walk in trough the main door, I felt emptiness in the hotel. The same as walk in to somebodies apartment building lobby. There is no one there to greet guests.
My friends also stayed in their hotel, in Klaipeda, on the 16th floor. The room windows opened widely. So to fall trough it is easy. If you a bit drunk, and sitting on the window sill. One wrong move, and you dead.

Hands down this is the hotel I keep coming back to everytime I am in Vilnius. It is literally in the Cathedral Square, in the old town.
The hotel is a 10/10 when it comes to cleaniness, size of rooms and of course the breakfast :)
Everything is within walking distance and it is well priced.

Safe underground car parking is available at 12 euros per day, butn the real bind is that reservation is not possible. The hotel is in the centre of Vilnius so street parking is very limited. A car is not necessary to see the sights of Vilnius as they are all within easy walking distance of this hotel. Hope this helps.
