I was staying number of times in this small luxury hotel. It has a very unique location in this heart of the magical old town. The guest list of this hotel is a mix of royalty, official dignitaries, heads of states , and International stars and celebrities . I was very impressed to see all the recognized pictures and dedications of the former famous hotel guests.
The room I was staying has classic elegant design with excellent king size bed, high quality bedding, large
Bathroom with upscale
amenities.
All the rooms and common areas are
disinfected and are very clean. The hotel has many disinfection Stations throughout the entire hotel. All staff keeps masks and gloves and hygiene is kept on high level . The Service here is
excellent on every level .
A special compliment to the profesional front office manager Vytis Andrulis that arranged for me
the perfect accommodation. He is very kind and speaking fluent English like most of the staff .
The breakfast in the hotel is
Elegant and Excellent .
. They have good
quality choices including fresh
detox juices and tasty local products. The waiters staff are very effective and polite.
The hotel surrounding has many Restaurants, cafes and shops worth visiting.
I love this hotel ambiance and great art collection and I fully recommend this hotel as
excellent choice for business or leisure in this beautiful city.

The room was lovely and the hotel as a whole was perfectly located and had very friendly staff.
We have 2 (very) slight issues. We were 2 families travelling together, and had each booked a room with sleeping spaces for 3. This seemed to come as a surprise the to reception, and the beds first had to be made up after our arrival.
The breakfast is very nice. However - it would save everyone (serving staff and customers) time if there was a coffee station, or if they could just put a pot of coffee on the table. We are coffee lovers and need at least 2 cups in the morning, but the simple act of catching the waiters' attention to ask for more is difficult, and actually slowed us down all mornings. I realise this is not an issue for some, but it bothered us.

When visiting this charming historic city it is a must to stay in the famous pictures old town and not in the modern new part of the city, especially when all is near by , and that most main attractions can be reached by foot in a short pleasant walk.

When Entering the hotel you can see the pictures of The past guests. Kings, presidents Head of states , movie stars and many familiar faces where staying here.

My room was very large and elegant with seating area and a large bathroom . I was most happy that I can open the Windows and have fresh air. The king bed was excellent and the amenities were brandem top quality .

The breakfast was best i had in any hotel during this pandemic time. Very rich boufet with amazing selection and top quality and excellent service .

All the staff are very helpful and friendly , all speaking English and doing all to help you.

The hotel have amazing facilities , games rooms, including Billiard , most charming patio garden ,bar, Restarants, spa , swimming pool and special art collection . All is set up in most beautiful design in good classy taste, all is elegant and in good quality .

When in Vilnius I will definately stay there again and can fully recomend it to all lovers of luxury travel.

It’s the little things that count.
A coffee maker enticingly set up in your room that in the morning doesn’t work. No kettle, so no possibility of tea. A mini bar that contains only water. Building noise that starts at 6am and wakes you up, the hotel powerless to do anything, it seems. The noise goes on and on,making the room a noisy and unpleasant place to be, so you leave it. Waiting for check in with only one member or staff on duty (maybe that’s fair enough at 10pm), checking in, and then that member of staff watching you as you struggle with your suitcases down the stairs and not offering to help you. Asking why your teenagers don’t have the twin room requested and then being told they ‘don’t have’ an extra duvet for their double bed. It turned up later but it wasn’t great. No food after 10pm at night because the kitchen is closed. We arrived tired and hungry and we will leave exhausted and exasperated.
Oh, and then the ‘manager probably isn’t coming in today.’ I would have liked to complain to them in person. It seems not even that is possible. It’s supposed to be a decent hotel, we splurged to get relaxation and instead we get irritation.

We had a very challenging check-in with staff that were very unexperienced. No parking available anywhere close by. We received an ”upgrade” for the hotel room, but it was a very dark room on top of a nightclub, which played very loud music until 1am. If you want a peaceful hotel room and a good night sleep, this is not your hotel. I really wish we had chosen Hotel Pacai, which is just around the corner. The room was very old-fashioned and dark with uncomfortable bed. I can recommend the breakfast, which was nice.

This was the perfect choice for our stay in Vilnius. The room was very beautiful with a charming decoration. The hotel also has a lovely garden. Location is excellent at the heart of the old town with many restaurants just around the corner.
All members of the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. They really tried their everything to make our stay the best possible. We got breakfast in bed every morning and the breakfast was very diverse. The staff even arranged for us to have breakfast already at 6.00 in the morning before we left, much earlier than usual, when we requested. A strong recommendation for this beautiful hotel.

Amazing staff and location. Despite the centrality of the hotel, it was very quiet - and smelled great. You can book the (small) pool and sauna area in advance for an hour each day (no charge), and you have it to yourself. The fitness center is quite small and limited. Breakfast was what you would expect from a European hotel, with a good assortment of fresh foods. The room was clean and well appointed, but it was small. That and the inability of the air conditioning to adequately cool the room (I am American, so take this as you will) keep me from adding the extra star. Beware also of the laundry, which is extraordinarily expensive. But, I should repeat, the staff is amazing!

Myself and my wife visited Vilnius at the end of April and had a lovely weekend, also in part because of our relaxing stay at this hotel.
It’s a classic hotel with the elegance and style that some might not like, but for us it was perfect.
We were greeted by Andrius, who was exceptional at the front of house reception. He gave us a map and a route to walk the next day, pointed out restaurants and bar areas and sights to see.
Our room was a business or superior double, a large room looking onto the back courtyard, very quiet and a comfortable bed. Exactly what we needed for a restful sleep and weekend. Some rooms are small in hotels and you spend little time in there. This was comfortable enough for two to chill out in for a couple of hours while we got ready. Heated bathroom floors were a nice touch.
Breakfast was delicious, open late which we appreciated and we spent over an hour ending up with coffee outside in the courtyard in the warm morning sun.
We didn’t try the restaurant but the main dining room was elegant with formal diners and two events while we were there. We didn’t use it. The taverna next to the restaurant with on street tables looked good.
We didn’t use the pool (it’s small but cute) or the underground spa. I had a look but wasn’t on our to-do list.
The hotel is in a perfect spot, 17 mins in a taxi from the airport. Right in the old town with small bars and cute restaurants right on the doorstep. Start your walks around the old town, or walk to the busy bar area easily from here.
If you want a modern hotel there are other good hotels in Vilnius I’m sure. If you want classic, refurbished with great service don’t hesitate to book this one.
We’ll stay here next time we come!

We visited Vilnius for the first time in February and chose this hotel based upon stays we have had in other Relais and Chateaux hotels. We were not disappointed, the hotel was beautiful, with tastefully furnished public areas and well appointed bed rooms.
The service and food, especially breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and efficient. We even received a complimentary bottle of wine, when an area of the hotel in which we liked to sit in the evening was closed for a private function and they had run out of the wine we had been drinking.
Great location in the old town and one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in anywhere in the world.
We will definitely be returning, probably early next year!

Staff were very friendly & helpful, in particular Andrew on reception who gave us excellent advice regarding sights to see & where to eat. He also arranged a trip for us to the lovely Trakai Castle, which we probably wouldn't have visited without his recommendation.

The Hotel was beautifully decorated, with a mix of traditional, but with some modern touches to keep it relevant. Our Room was very nice, spacious with a lovely heated bathroom floor!

We only received a turn down service on one of our three nights, which was a shame. Also our maid service was a little under par on our first morning, however once we mentioned this to reception, the next day it was much improved.

It was my birthday while we were there & the hotel sent some lovely macaroons from their amazing Cafe & Bakery "Poniu Laime" which is adjacent to the, which is a must to visit & a great photo opportunity!

Location of the hotel is very central & within easy walking distance to all the city sights.

There was a parking for 25 eur/night. In the garage. I would not do it again. Better a paid parking on the street, but you need to have coins :)

Well, they have a breautiful tiny in-yard garden - there are places to smoke there. Outside the building they have open-air tavern and cafe' where you can smoke with no restrictions.
