It’s a very welcoming place, with probably the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered throughout my hostel experience (especially Andy and Liv). The location couldn’t be better, with it being right at the beginning of the historic old town. Also, the prices are TO DIE FOR! Definitely stay here if you find yourself in Vilnius!

I would not recommend this hostel to solo women travelers. The manager, Dean, became enraged at me because I said that I was a “puppy mom.” He launched into an aggressive tirade about how much he hates people who call themselves puppy moms. I was scared for my safety as he appeared to be getting more and more violent over such a silly thing. I left this hostel at night and found a hotel to stay at as no amount of money is worth my safety. I would suggest that solo women travelers find a safer place to stay in Vilnius.

We stayed here one night and it was very comfortable and cozy, the place has a very nice atmosphere, location is great - in old town but also close to the bus stop to airport and bus & train stations. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I had to change dates for my trip to Vilnius, I made cancellation in time, even though they decided to leave my money for themselves. I've found out reading other reviews that I'm not the only one. Moreover, they are almost impossible to connect through e-mails, I was lucky to get a reply after a lot of letters and time, that they would do the refund. Then they disappeared. I had to find them on Facebook, and, thank God, they were so kind to reply! It turned out that they don't know how to make refunds abroad, can you imagine? I understand, this can be a bank issue, they mentioned it, but I asked them a couple of times to give me the receipt of the failed refund because of my bank - never showed it to me either. Then, I guess, they were offended, that I had said to them it's not a normal behavior and I'm not going to give up on the money - they have started gosting me! I'll come to your rude hostel and take my money personally, because you're literally thieves, Hostelgate!
