We were going to Vilnius to see Rammstein and our original booking cancelled on us two fays before our arrival. We were lucky enough to book a room at Old Town Trio last minute - they offered a standard double room at a reasonable price (all other hotels inflated their prices by 4-500% due to the gig). The lack of greed is absolutely respectable. We usually stay at 4-5* hotels but this was honestly very good. Looks so much better than the pictures (which is usually the other way round). Our room was on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, but in Lithuania the 3rd floor means 2 flights of stairs only (which were very wide and easily climbable), as the ground floor counts as first. I was expecting some old building with big metal keys, but they had key cards, modern corridors and comfortable beds, with daily cleaning. Thank you for saving our trip!

The apartment was clean and spacious with a large bedroom, kitchen and modern bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The television had many channels including cable and airline departures. Breakfast was ok. Staff friendly and helpful. Very close to the old town and about 700m from the bus station. There are no lifts and about 50 stairs to the third floor so avoid if you have heavy bags or mobility issues. Our only window was in the ceiling. At various times during our stay the wifi slowed down significantly.

This is a 3 star hotel but was fine for a mini-break. Clean room, comfy bed and good bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. We were on the 3rd floor (no lift) so the ceiling height was restricted on one side but not really a problem. Breakfast was an extra 10 euros pp but they provided a good selection

Very pleasurable experience. Staff was kind and caring. We had one small hustle about that first they said that beakfast was not included for us (and it was) but they politely and quickly corrected their error when it was tile for our first breakfast. So there was some hustle but they managed that well. Overall our experience was very good. Breakfasts was good and room was silent and dark enough, as often we are really sensitive about noises and lights but this time those didnt hinder our sleep. Hotel is located near old town and near (1km) bus and rail station that is convenient if you want to visit Trakai or some other place by bus/train. Near are good resteurants.

We are very happy to spend our 3 days (23-25 june) in Latvia exactly in this hotel. We reach the hotel from airport by bus #88 (1 euro). It took us 10 min. to find the hotel and the beautiful lady let ys check in even earlier, she was very helpful in searching buses and timetable for nearby cities . The location is great : 10 min. Walk to old town, 15 to Uzupis , there is a big and old market near the place which turns into coffee or beer bar in the evening. The room is exactly the same like in photos and the bathroom is very clean. There is nothing we can ask more from this great service. Thank you !

It does what it says, nothing amazing but for the price it offers a decent room in a clean and modern envirnment. The shared toilets are fairly clean and the staff incredibly kind. Perfect position between the the station and the town centre. The rooms (at least mine, a twin) are unnecessarily big (considering that there is no bathroom) which makes the heating slightly inadequate considering the temperature outside.

This hotel was alright, but I just want to say the worst part straight away: We ordered a twin bed room which had two big towels and one of these towels had FECES ON IT!!!This was such a horrible experience and I was disgusted by this sight! Someone didn’t clean the towel properly and we are also in tye middle of a pandemic!!! Please clean our towels properly!!! Anyway, breakfast was a meh, but for the decent price I should have expected that. (Don’t order breakfast if you’re vegetarian, keto or ESPECIALLY vegan because your options are very limited)

Clean, modern hotel with friendly helpful staff situated on the edge of the Old Town. Comfy beds, exceptionally clean room & premises. Good breakfast. Not really a downside for us as we're fairly fit but no lift, the third floor isn't too many flights. A little noise from courtyard one evening but ended before midnight otherwise peaceful. Very good bargain hotel with luggage storage, recommend.

Vilnius is a lovely small city, and this apartment hotel sits on the edge of the old town. The room was ok, but not what I was expecting based upon the pics. The bathroom shower drain smelled awful, and the layout was a touch baffling. A massive kitchen area with one small table and chair (could've been a nice sitting area). The bed was very comfortable and so no complaints about the bedroom itself. The worst part was the kitchen window. The shade was completely see through, so there was zero privacy! Especially since it faced the front entrance. DO NOT take this unit unless you love putting on a show for the fellow guests ;-). The property lights also shined through the kitchen window all night, lighting up the bedroom (bedroom door needed to remain open to help air circulate. These are ALL things that can be fixed...but made for an unpleasant stay. The front desk staff were lovely, including the one young guy who's patience I exhausted...it was not his fault, and he tried.
