Quirky art on the walls, minimalist decor and clean, spacious rooms. Breakfast buffet was streamlined but it covered all bases, excellent bread, self service coffee station. I particularly liked the ingenious way the safe was fitted in the room, and the control panel for all settings/lights etc. Nicely positioned.
Stayed here in February for a couple of nights and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for the old town. I left something behind after I checked out and the staff went above and beyond and were kind enough to send this back to me! The hotel itself is really cool and the rooms were great - super comfortable! Will definitely come back to stay here on my next trip to Vilnius.
Really Clean and very quiet rooms. fantastic shower and the location is excellent. We are really impressed with this hotel after the other places we have tried in Vilniaus. Right near great bars and restaurants with lots to do in the area. We will be back again
Excellent location! Attractive rooms but unfortunately design has taken precedence over comfort. No proper clothes storage. Your valuables will be safe in the safe - when you eventually find it! Poor lighting! Comfy bed and lovely toiletries. No street noise but some noise from room above and worst of all, cleaners having radios blaring! The reception area is cold and unwelcoming - no wonder the staff retreat off to a room at the back. This hotel does not cater to tourists, no maps or leaflets to inspire you. As for the swirly carpets.... the blue carpeted floor is just about acceptable, but the red floor looks as if mass murder has been committed.
We stayed two nights in the Artagonist. The creative and interesting design of the hotel and the rooms makes it different place. Its location in the middle of Vilnius old town provides with easy and convenient access to the important sites. Our room size, amenities and toiletries were very good. Unfortunately, it was in the highest floor room where the ceiling windows did not allow a view.
The pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Central location : Take number 3G bus from the airport and then about a 15 minute walk to the the hotel. From the hotel almost everything is within easy walking distance. Spacious bedroom with plenty of space for clothes etc. Nice toiletries in the bathroom Very good pressure in the shower Quiet room Good breakfast The not so good: Not enough shelving at all in the bathroom Automatic lighting in the bathroom that takes ages to switch off at night Difficulty adjusting the temperature in the room as the room was too warm Lighting insufficient in places in the room especially over the working and reading area Horrible art on the wall depicting a torture so had to avert my eyes all the time. Room 403 Were told that the hotel does not serve dinner and still not sure if that was correct or not, as other reviewers mention dinner in the restaurant? Sterile atmosphere in the bar area i.e. no one was ever there so although the receptionist would willingly come and serve us a glass of wine, it was so odd not to see anyone relaxing there.…
One of the best hotels I've stayed in across the world. This hotel had lovely modern rooms and was clean and tidy. The staff were also amazing and very helpful. The room had some really cool features such as a book about the hotel and city as well as a chemex coffee device which I loved. If I come back to Vilnius again which I hope to I will go to this hotel if I can.
This is my second visit to the hotel and the customer service of this establishment remains the best I’ve ever received. I would like to congratulate and thank the front of house for their professionalism and service over the the three nights I stayed there for the second time. My flight was delayed because of an emergency landing in Poland due to a poor man suffering a medical emergency and so I was very delayed and only arrived at 01:00 in the morning. I was starving and Klaidas ( I hope I spelt that correctly) in a matter of minutes brought me a plate of food and some drinks and it was very gracious and without any hassle. Thank you. Aside from that all the staff that I encountered where very helpful and showed a genuine interest in me that cannot be trained and wasn’t forced they really enjoy there work and go above and beyond. As for the accommodation, perfect, I’m not going to write about it. You can read about it on many websites, all I’m saying is that if you want the best customer service and an amazing quirky/modern hotel to stay in I can guarantee you I’ll be staying there for a third time. Thank you to all at Artagonist.…
A great hotel in the heart of the old town. The reception team were amazing at all interactions and the hotel did not disappoint. The room had all the amazing amenities you would expect for a luxury hotel. Our room had a balcony over looking the city - it was stunning. The best touch were the flowers and sparkling wine waiting for us on arrival with a hand written note.
My fiance (now wife) and I spent 3 nights at this amazing hotel. In the hotel we also had some Norwegian friends. And this was one of the most incredible experiences. We had a terrace suite and it was great. Our friends had different rooms but they were all great. We had breakfast every day (not all of us, because some guys liked Lithuanian drinks too much) and it was great, fresh and always tasty. They even offered prosecco and mimosa for breakfast...amazing. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to people who like different modern hotels, comfortable rooms. It's a bit more expensive, but really worth it.
