No shampoo in a shower - only soap. Nosy place - you can hear your neighbours. Kitchen stuff has smoking place close to apartments. No carpets. Breakfast on weekends served till 11am. We came on 10.30 and there was almost nothing left. Anyway, the choice was not so big. I've been in many 3stars hotels and there were much better.

Staff were welcoming, polite, smiling. Our room was dark and very small, no view. TV was poor quality. Breakfast was nice, lots to choose from. Location was OK, also parking - always a free parking lot. Disappointment - small spa center, which is open only in the morning ( nobody goes to sauna at 8 A.M in Lithuania)

Lots of Euros don't get you very much at this disappointing hotel. The studio rooms are tiny, the decor very Fawlty Towers, coffee/tea making facilities with no tea/coffee, sugar or milk. The place reeks of cheap - the lesson for young players here is always check the room before handing over any cash. I'm struggling to understand how anyone else... More

The room for us was spacious with large sitting area. Yes, the furniture was dated, but was comfortable so NOT an issue. Staff spoke English as well so could help us with our questions. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices to suit all appetites. Dining area was comfortable and included an outside seating area. Spa services very... More

The hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms are nice and spacious, especially the double room. Staff were very welcoming and polite, they were definitely going an extra mile for us. We were really satisfied with the receptionist Rima who was working on our day of arrival. You receive free 2.5 hours of spa every morning of your stay which... More

I am big on solo travellers being accorded some degree of parity with couples when it comes to the quality of room size, after all we are paying a highly more significant per person rate (especially on group tours when a single supplement is paid, as it was in my case). Best Baltic offers couples large, comfortable (though dated) accommodation,... More

Hotel is average. Cheap but not bad. Breakfasts are poor. Hotel room where I stayed was luxus. Everything is clean. Bed are very soft. Room I very liked! Hotel is very close to main street (centre). It's about 5-7min to go. Staff is ok, nice and helpful. Spa very small and I didn't liked it. Chlore is too much.

The double room was ok. Unfortunately the shower did not work. Breakfast was good, lunch and dinner was more like canteen meal. No service at the table. The bar closed at 8 p.m. Distance to the sea about 1500 meters.

Very avrage hotel, comfortable rooms close to the Main Street, poor breakfast . Not very professional staff, specially in the breakfast room. Very limited access to the sauna, although the hotel advertises on booking.com free use of the sauna for hotel guest.

There are a lot of steps to get to your room. You need to go down steps to get to the elevator and the same when you exit to get to your room. The breakfast food was plentiful as it was included. The cleanliness of the common areas left to be desired. As blood splatter was on the entrance door... More

“A general rule of thumb is to avoid rooms on the street which are on the ground floor - in Palanga you have some loud party guys going through the streets back to their hotels, so they might wake you up, if you are not one of them :)”
