Musu apsilankymas buvo tragedija. Vaziuokit ten pabut, jei norit visai neatsipalaiduot ir but stebimi “seimininku” kurie ten ir gyvena pirmam aukste. Vyras normalesnis, bet moteris buvo visiska psichine ligone. Mes is anksto pasakem, kad atvyksim su kudikiu. Kai atvaziavom, ji norejo 20 euru nakciai, kad pastatytu kudikio lovele, ka kiti viesbuciai duoda priklausomai del kudikio saugumo. Pasake “pas mane nieko negausit nemokamai”. Mano tetis uzsake 2 kambarius is anksto ir as tik viena buvau kambaryje su kudikiu, bet aisku ji tik veliau paminejo ta mokesti, kurio nei vienas viesbutis neturi tik sita sena boba. Kalbedama varte akis, sake, kad galim vaziuot namo, jei nepatinka. Kai pasakem, kad kitur susitasim, tai pasidare kaip lape. Slyksti boba. Baseina uzdaro, liepia pas juos belstis ir prasyt, kad atidarytu. 3 dienas busit - jum ranksluosciu nepakeis, mini sampunu ar duso zeles nera, plius nera kondicionieriu!!! 30 laipsniu karscio ten to namo pusej mes virem. Kai paklausim ar turi vejeliu sake “tai, kad nekarsta”. Visiska psichine ligone. Plius ta Palangos puse labai toli nuo Basanaviciaus gatves, neisasvaltuoti keliai ir takeliai, vaiksciosit kaip kaimo sunkeliais, nakti lempu nera ir jura ne taip arti. Taip pat kambariuose yra kvapas, jie ten darbuotoju neturi, boba taupo tai vyras su ju dukra viska tvarko, nezinau kaip plauna lovos uzvalkalus, bet net ir jie turejo kvapa. Nezinau kodel uzsideje 4 zvaigzdutes, net pusryciu nera ir tikrai daugiausiai 2 zvaigzdutes. Nerekomenduojam ir negrysim, yra daug geresniu vietu apsistoti, cia buvo klaida.…

Miela Ramita, dėkojame Jums už atsiliepimą. Tai buvo mums reta patirtis. Dėl Jūsų pretenzijų: 1. "Patalynė keičiama ir kambariai tvarkomi kartą per savaitę. Rankšluosčiai keičiami kartą per 3 dienas 9.00 val. iki 16.00 val." Bet Jums panorėjus už papildomą mokestį mes galime daryti generalinį tvarkymą, patalinės bei rankšluosčių keitimą kiekvieną dieną. Šios vilos taisyklės kabėjo Jūsų numeryje. 2. Dėl Jūsų kaltinimų “knisosi per mano daiktus”: Tai yra tikrai netiesa, nes į jūsų numerį per 3 dienas mes net nebuvome užsukę, tai yra mūsų taisyklėse. Atidžiai laikomės šių taisyklių ypatingai karantino metu, saugodami Jūsų sveikatą. 3. Mes Jus supažindinome su taisyklėmis, kur yra surašytos mokamos ir nemokamos paslaugos (šios taisyklės atkartoja mūsų svetainės turinį), bet nesakėme “pas mane nieko negausit”. 4. Į Jūsų užsakytą numerį mes neturime galimybės pastatyti lovytės ir Jūs jos neprašėte iš anksto. Mielai pasiūlytume Jums erdvesnį numerį, ką ir darėme užsakymo metu. Bet Jus pasirinkot mažesnį, 15 eur pigesnį numerį. 5. Pas mus stovi dozatoriai muilų, šampūnų. Saugodami gamtą, turėdami 15 metų patirtį išmesdami maišais pradarytus buteliukus mes atsisakėme vienkartinių šampūnų ir muiliukų plastikiniuose buteliukuose. 6. Mes nuoširdžiai stengiamės dėl visų savo svečių, įdėdami visą savo širdį į darbą. Taigi “lapių” čia nėra. Ir vilos šeimininkė, dvigubai vyresnė už Jus, nėra “sena boba ir “visiska psichine ligone”. Nors gal tai Jūsų bendravimo stilius… 7. Jei Jūs norėjote apsistoti Basanavičiaus gatvėje, patarimas kitą kartą ten ir užsisakyti, 8. Dėl kelių sutinkame, tai nėra gerai, mes savo lėšomis padarėme maksimumą ir nuolatos kalbame su Palangos savivaldybe dėl asfalto. Žada… 9. Dėl Jūros artumo, negalime sutikti. Tai subjektivu. 10. Baseiną uždarome nakčiai. Nes šildome ir išlaikyti vandens temperatūra +28 yra sunku, kai naktį +13 lauke. Šaltomis dienomis svečiai dažnai naudojasi kaip uždarytu baseinu, mes prisitaikom. Atidarom ar uždarom pagal svečių pageidavimą. Keistas Jūsų priekaištas. 11. Lovos užvalkalai skalbiami sertifikuotoje skalbykloje, ir per 15 metų mes neturėjome nusiskundimų. Bet būtinai patikrinsime po Jūsų nuomonės. 12. Viloje eilę metų naudojame kvapą “Rosso Nobile su lazdelėmis iš Dr. Vranjes Firenze kolekcijos. Atsiprašome, jei Jums netiko. 13. Mes stengiamės paruošti numerius 13 val. Ne 17 val.. Dirbame be poilsio, kad Jums po kelionės nereikėtu laukti. Spėjome. Jus priėmėme 13.15 val. Tai šeimos vila. Dirbame šeima. Jei Jūs vadinote tai “boba taupo” – matyt toks Jūsų pasaulis. Apgailestaujam, kad negalime atitikti Jūsų aukštiems standartams. Gal Jums tinka dideli tinkliniai viešbučiai, tokiu atveju ten ir reikia užsisakinėti. 14. Dėl pusryčių Jūs klausėte prieš atvykstant. Žinant kad jų nėra, reikėjo pasirinktį kitą objektą, jei tai svarbu. Mes siūlome mini virtuvėles numeriuose ir 2 puikias, svečių mylimas, bendras virtuves su poilsio zonomis. Viena – lauko, gamtos ir paveikslų apsuptyje, kitą vidaus – 1 aukšte. 15. Žvaigždučių mes sau nededame, tai subjektyvus google, booking ir tripadvisor įvertinimas. 16. Mes siūlėme Jums grąžinti visus pinigus, bet ne važiuoti namo, nes ne pinigai mūsų variklis. Tomis dienomis Palangoje buvo pilną vietų ir Jums ir mums butu geriau išsiskirti. Matėme, kaip buvo gėda Jūsų giminaičiams už Jūsų elgesį, kurie tikrai buvo mieli, korektiški žmonės. Nežinau kuo Jūs užsiimate Norvegijoje, bet tiek baisių žodžių apie Lietuvą nesame girdėję, apie asmeniškus įžeidimus patylėsime, tiek agresijos ir neapykantos dar nesame mate per 15 metų. Jūs reikalavote nemokamai papildomų paslaugų atvykus, kitaip grasinote prirašyti blogų atsiliepimų. Tame ir yra PROBLEMA. Ir įvertinimas 1 mūsų vilai yra nepelnytas. Jūsų žiniai yra tokios sąvokos kaip pagarba, dėkingumas bei padoraus elgesio taisyklės... Šmeižtas, šantažas bei asmeniniai grąsinimai pas mus nėra toleruojami. Nuoširdžiai atsiprašome už sukeltus nepatogumus. Gražaus Jums rudenio, sveikatos, su Meile, vilos šeima :).

A wonderful place to relax. The Provencal-style villa is truly romantic. In addition, all amenities and ideal cleanliness. You can trust the uploaded photos because they are 100% realistic. It is a place ideally located from the sea - where you can quickly reach the beach and hear the light roar of the sea pleasing to the ear. And at the right distance from the center - it is far enough away to enjoy the peace and close enough to walk to the desired cultural event. Last but not least, the owners of the villa are extremely pleasant and caring. Order - you will not regret it :)

We stayed at Vila Artemide for a couple of nights before moving onto Vilnius. My husband never been to Lithuanian seaside and he loves the idea of wooden Lithuanian houses and holiday homes and no doubt he (and myself) enjoyed the stay so much! Room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a good size balcony which was nice. Outside area is really beautiful and has a swimming pool and beautiful garden. They don’t provide breakfast but I believe for additional pay you can get pastries, coffee etc. The only downfall is that Vila is quite a walk to the centre (but very close to the beach so you can have a scenic walk to the centre via the beach) and no street lights so a bit scary to walk back at night. But for that you get piece and quiet (we even watched deers running around whilst enjoying our coffee). Also smoking on the balcony was permitted so as we had a balcony under us, smoke was going into the room. It was not a big issue for us however. Owner was very pleasant and helpful. Would stay again definitely…

Like most of the family owned hotels in the area, this one lacks amenities and has to be reached by very small dir roads, but its charm and cleanliness make it a great choice. It is a very small hotel with no A/C, not that it matters, well maintained and the staff was very warm and welcoming, for a stay in Palanga, this is a great value.

Well, what should I start with? When I am looking for a hotel for an escape, I am very accurate. First I imagine what I want to do, and then start searching. I have started with Bali, actually (still in the to-do list). But the friend I was going with, afraids to fly. This was a vacation in the beginning of September 2015 (my favorite time to travel), and it is also a nice time in this part of the world, so I started to look for alternatives in Europe (the continent), and was absorbed in this search for a week or so! What I was looking for? A barbecue. An outdoor swimming pool - if not private, then for several rooms only (3-10). Nature - a clean sea (not only beaches, but the water itself), a beautiful forest for hiking, some comfort and - due to the economical crisis in Russia - a price. Imagine how happy I was to find a luxury villa close to the beach for... If I remember it correctly... Less then 1000 Euros for two weeks! And we could go there by bus from where we live (Saint Petersburg) that had a price so tiny that actually, 1000-1200 Euros was a good budget for 2 weeks together with the food, renting a bike, visiting museums, etc. for two persons=) I could not imagine that it was even possible when Russians were richer! I know, September in Palanga is already cold to swim, but the water in the pool was still warm (villa has a sauna if the weather cheats), and when you go to the nearest beach, there is a sauna for 5 Euros for 3 visits! So I was swimming in the sea as well=) Imagine how surprised I was when on arrival saw a Perfectly clean, just as it was brand new, but totally complete hotel... The owners of the villa are working and living on site. I am a hotel manager and I was not only surprised by their work, but also had something to learn from them. Tried to help, sharing my own experience. I was even upset by the price we were paying. I asked not to clean our room - I am very neat and accurate person, and pretended that I don't like when people come to my room and see my private belongings. But the room was cleaned nevertheless when we were busy in the surroundings, every three days. Even if I was continuing to tell that we didn't need it - we can change the towels and toilet paper ourselves and if we would need to change the sheets, we would tell them. Nothing helped. Totally recommended.…
