Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
We were in the second building (not the main building which is on all pictures), which was dissappointing. First we had to go to the main building to the reception than drive almost through the city to the second building (could do it by foot but there was a construction in the front of the hotel and no parking). We and another couple had card which didn´t work for the main door and no reception service in the second building in the afternoon. We were running several times to the main building as fools. Finally it worked The rooms are DEFFINITELLY as nice as on the picture, it looks much cheaper. But clean and quiet.
The location is good, walking distance to the city and the harbour. Breakfast was rather simple and not very good.
Was ok for one night but nothing I would choose again

This hotel is nicely located near the waterway and across from the fortress. The rooms are clean, adequate, and air-conditioned, though not fancy. The included breakfast is good. A nice touch is the filtered water dispenser located on each floor near the stairway.

Nice, comfortable rooms: I got a suite on upper floor, good internet access, enjoyed a quality breakfast and dinner in hotel, located by scenic port very close to town centre, very nice staff, enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back

Room was sold with Aircon, turned up on one of the hottest nights of the year and the Aircon was not working. They moved us to another room but the Aircon was only just about working and was very noisy. Room was also not clean and very tired. Breakfast in the morning was appalling, messy, not much choice and we had hairs in lots of it (not just one hair but lots). They told us that we could not stay in the room they had moved us to. After a while of dealing with the Receptionist, who really did not care about anything, she agreed to refund us for the next two nights that we had paid for. She said the money would come back through Booking.com. It then took over a month of emails and phone calls and only after Booking stepped in, did I finally get a refund.
There is a much nicer hotel just next door.

We stayed in lux apartment. It is renovated so everything is new, clean. You have your own small kitchen if you want to cook. So: Location 10/10 View 9/10 Room 10/10 Clean 10/10 Breakfast 2/10 It was really nice stay, i would totaly recommend🙂👍

Very good location in the city. Everywhere is within walking distance. Neat and cozy, small hotel. Excellent breakfast, high-quality products. Clean and comfortable rooms, poor sound insulation, can hear neighbors. Is the Internet, a good bathroom. Staff helpful and friendly. There is free car parking. Good value for money.

Very good location. Friendly and helpfull staff. Spacious and clean room. Nice view from the windows. Poor breakfast and you need to go to other building for the breakfast. There is no minibar in the room.

The hotel itself is an "extension" of nearby Old Mill hotel to the point it didn't have its own reception and breakfast was located in the main hotel. We cannot fail anything in the large room we had, breakfast quality was very adequate (except absent milk in the cappuccino machine) and the price was very reasonable. There was fridge in the room and air-conditioning that worked.
The only issue we had was the noise level - both floors and walls are paper thin and one can immediately hear if someone is moving upstairs. So if you decide to stay in this hotel I'll recommend to ask for a room on the top floor - at least there will be no-one above.
Hotel is conveniently located to the ferry to sea museum and Klaipeda castle. Some shops and restaurants were also quite close.

Nice hotel in the heart of Old town. Clean room, tasty English breakfast on the first floor. Nice view from the terrace of restaurant. Close to ferry to go to the sea museum and dolphinarium. A lots of caffe and bars nearby.
