Detailed Reviews
Great location. Nice staff.
This place is at a stone throw distance from train and bus station. There are groceries and restaurants nearby as well. The old town is also walkable or you can take a local bus from the nearest bus stop. Its very cheap and affordable

We were in Klaipeda one day on a cruise, and had made arrangements with the owners of the hostel to take us out to the Plokstine Soviet Missile Site in the National Forest of Plateliai. Jurgita and her husband were WONDERFUL. They picked us up, drove us on back roads through beautiful calm farmlands and forests, in a nice comfortable car, and took us to the Missile base, which my husband, who is a WW II addict, loved. Even I enjoyed the visit, although it made me realize how much of our childhood was affected by the nightmarish scenario of nuclear war. The missile site is WORTH a visit, for everyone. There is nothing to buy, there is no tourists shops, but in terms of history and seeing the rural part of Lithuania, it is a MUST.
We were then taken to a wonderful restaurant, called Karcema, in Plunges, on the way back to the ship. This was lovely affordable Lithuanian food, in a charming folksy authentic restaurant, with no English translation of the menu.
This is a must do trip when in Klaipeda, and I am confident you will find the hostel owners, who speak nearly perfect English, wonderful guides.

This is a perfect option for those who want to pay less and get more.
The staff speaks either English or Russian. The friendly workers will explain you everything and help if you need.
The location is nice - just in front of the main bus station, close to Sculpture Park and some other sights.
The hostel is very clean and it wants its travelers to keep it clean after themselves.
I really enjoyed my one night stay there.

Wonderfull! When we saw our room we were really suprised that it was so well furnished! Everything is clean! Two kitchens, lots of toilet and bathroom and everything is new! They have dormitory and private rooms too! The staff was really friendly and helpful and they allways tried to help for us! And the cake, what they bring every morning and everybody could eat from it, was amazing!! Informations about everything! If you need to choose one place where to stay go there!

The hostel is located right next to a bus station and a supermarket. Both the old town and the ferry terminal are a 20-25 mins walk away.
The hostel offers a well equipped kitchen, a cozy common room. The entire atmosphere is relaxed and calm.
The hostel also offers private parking (for free) and a bike rental (12€/day) which is perfect for exploring the curonian spit.

I expect not much from services that have no antagonism in the whole city. This hostel may be the only one for someone who visits Klaipeda, still, with its cozy atmosphere, the zero distance from the coach station, the totally friendly and warm service, overpass its luck of luxury. I truely believe its the perfect hostel for that type of cities!

Great Hostel. they upgraded the 4 of us to a private room to stay together and the beds were pretty comfy (i'm allergic to feather linen so that was handy) Offered good day trips to the soviet bunker and Nida - although we had our own car so we just drove there with some local friends. The waterside was a lot like Bristol Harbourside in the UK. Great 2nd hand Bookshop just over the river (look up and on the left it's a bit hidden).
Stay quiet after 10pm which is understandable - This isn't really a party hostel, more of a backpackers hostel. Two floors the upstairs was a bit fancier than the first floor but it really doesn't matter does it?

Very welcoming hostel. Extremely close to bus & train station which is a huge plus. It only takes around 10 mins to walk to the Old Town. The rooms & bathrooms are clean; & cakes are served in the morning for breakfast. The hostel has a very cozy ambience & I think this is its biggest draw !
