Detailed Reviews
Everything was okay, but checking out, we wouldn't be allowed to use the automatic coffee machine and we were charged 5 euros for a double espresso.
I mean, being guests, it's not polite at all. We weren't coming from the street as non hotel users.
Also, the most expensive coffee ever.

It was a big pleasure to spend lovely time in Restaurant Rosmarinas. We was enjoying Vilkmerges beer and It was really nicely suit with traditional fried Lithuanian brown bread, garlic and cheese. Big thank you for great time, professional and warm service. Biggest thank you to our server Gintare. I really recommend this place, and I will be coming back here again.

+1
The hotel is an average 3-star hotel, but for what it is maybe a little bit overpriced. The rooms are quite basic, but nice and clean, but as we stayed in winter, the heater made noises at night and if you are a light sleeper, that might be an issue. Also there were no extra pillows and the ones that were in the bed were quite small and worn out. The bathroom was tiny, which was annoying. You could not even wash your face decently as the sink was the size of a sink you find in an airplane lavatory. And there is no shampoo in the bathroom (which I think every respectful hotel should have), only dispenser body-wash. So for the amount they charge per night, I think they could have some things nicer. Breakfast was great, however. It had everything you could wish for in the morning.

It looks better from the outside. The rooms are extremely small and worn, the Restaurant you should avoid and the breakfast, just run as fast as you can!!!
We went back to our "known" hotel after one stay. Very sad, I preferred the architecture of this place.

Reception staff friendly. The room is clean, neat and quiet. Room heater particularly noisy and slow heating the air. On one side of the hotel parking is paid from the other free. However, free parking space usually occupied by non residents at the hotel.. Keep in mind, that non-hotel residents likes to block the exit from this parking area. The hotel managers does not solve this problem. Breakfast was poor. The restaurant's interior space pretentious and does not meet the food quality. The staff at the restaurant - passive and sleepy. It seems that the waitress working here temporarily. Supplied vegetables (may be) apparently left over from yesterday's banquet, the bread was not fresh.

Staying in Old Mill for the 3rd time. Modern, comfortable, cosy, clean. The rooms are spacious with large windows and prime views on the harbour. You feel the port and the sea, however it is a very quiet place. it's just 5 minutes walk to old town. The yacht harbour is in front of the hotel door, and on the opposite side of the yacht harbour you have the old fort with city museum (worth a visit). The restaraunt of the hotel is excellent for a fast lunch: fair hearty pizzas, fresh juices.

We stayed there on night during our roadtrip to Balticum. Very friendly people, and excellent location for two mariners. Room were nice, and quiet. Nica cafe / restaurant nearby at the Old mill, and close to "downtown"..

Ilenja is quite correct, there is adjacent parking just outside the hotel and guests do take advantage of it. The area is well illuminated and, I would say, more than adequately secure on the basis of some of the vehicles I saw parked there.
Yes, they have about 4 parking places reserved for the hotel guests. In case these places are busy ask at reception desk where to park the car. There is a parking fee in surrounding area at daytime, and parking is free at night.
