Liked · The hotel in itself is very posh. The staff at the reception was very friendly. There is enough parking in front of the hotel for a nominal fee or you can park at the side of the hotel for free. The hotel restaurant was also quite good. The breakfast was amazing. There were quite a lot of varieties to choose from and vegetarian options were also available. The rooms were big with enough place to move around and store luggage. The location is also quite good and there is no noise in the night so you can sleep peacefully.

Disliked · The TV provided was not the latest and greatest. Could have been better considering rest of everything was quite modern. This is not a negative point but just something to point out which does not have any influence on my stay or my rating.

The rooms are small apartments with a kitchenette, so the room was huge. It was clean, but the furniture was old. The room faced the courtyard and was therefore quiet. Parking spaces could not be booked in advance, but we were told about the parking options around the hotel and the cost. Since all of the hotel's parking spaces in the courtyard were taken, we were allowed to park for free in the side street by the entrance to the restaurant. The town is within walking distance and we can recommend the hotel.

The hotel is within walking distance of Klaipeda's old town (about 15 minutes on foot). The design of the huge room with kitchenette, sofa and large bed is unusual, but it has everything you need. At first there was only one blanket - much too narrow for the bed - but there was a second one in the large closet.
The bathroom is very large and finally has enough storage space.
Free parking is available in the side street - but there are only a limited number and you cannot reserve one.
The breakfast is extensive and the staff very friendly.

Great hotel, large rooms, stylish.

The attached restaurant serves very tasty food and at surprisingly reasonable prices for a hotel restaurant. We were there on both days.

The location is fine, but you have to walk a few minutes to explore the city.
The price and performance are absolutely right.

We stayed at Ararat Hotel for several days in July 2022 and enjoyed our stay very much.
Since we were guests for a week, we were glad that we had a very spacious room with a kitchenette (although we hardly used it).
The room was very clean and quiet as it was at the back of the hotel.

The breakfast offered a wide enough variety (sausage, cheese, scrambled eggs, rolls, honey, jam, cookies, etc.) so that we had enough variety throughout the day.
The hotel is located on a thoroughfare which is not very busy. However, we can't comment on how noisy the rooms on this side are as our room was at the back.

In general, the hotel has a very good location: you can walk to the old town in about 10 minutes and to the port in 20 minutes.
Parking spaces are available at the house.
In the hotel itself there is an Armenian restaurant with very good cuisine where we had dinner twice
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The hotel staff is exeptional, I’ve never in my life (in any country or any hotel) experienced such friendly front desk staff. They were very polite, helpful, supportive. It’s worth staying here just for that.

The room (business apartment) was very clean, a little bit outdated, not modern, but the cleanness was 10/10.

The breakfast was good, wide choise, and a very nice outside area to have it at.

The hotel interior is very cozy.

The location was good, just 10 minutes away from the main street, which is perfect if you want to reach the center fast, but also have quitness in the evening.

My stay in this hotel is rather mixed. When I checked-in, the staff who admitted she was new to the hotel had difficulty understanding and speaking in English. I asked where the aircon swtich is but she could not comprehend and dont know what I meant. When I went back after dinner, another staff was manning the reception and told me there is no aircon turned on. I have to open my windows. However since my room is located at the back and in front of parking, I can hear the cars parking, even if they assign a room at the other side, it is still noisy with windows open. Was not able to sleep due to noise outside. The room looks like a hostel, quite old, smells woody. The mattress spring seems like giving up. The water pressure at the bathroom is weak, will take some time to finish shower. The room is not well lighted up well, bit dim. And I also read that the park in front was a former cemetery. In terms of location, it is quite a walk to old town (20minutes or more), have to take a bus. The reason I gave 2 not 1 star is because of its affordable price and a good breakfast. If I would stay again at Klaipeda I would not stay here, maybe Ill add a few bucks for more comfort,

This hotel was chosen due to limited options at the time of booking and proved to be a good choice. The room was a spacious small apartment with a living area and cooking area - perfect if you want to eat in. The big bed meant a good nights sleep was easy. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the main street in Kaipeda - along a busy road, so not too far is you want to eat out. The hotel has a nice restaurant area and looked to be hosting functions some of the time I was there. The menu is Armenian themed, which in my opinion, was quite limited, but if this is your thing, then it's perfect. This hotel is well worth checking if you are staying Klaipeda

An excellent place to stay. The receptionists were all friendly and helpful, and the room was a great size and included basic kitchen/cooking/dining facilities as well, and was very quiet. Breakfast was included and offered delicious cooked and continental options. The Armenian restaurant attached had such a vast menu I could have eaten there every night for a week and still not run through all the options. It is a short walk into the centre of Klaipeda and Old Town, with a shopping mall 10mins away. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again when next back.

Pleasant atmosphere even if the hotel looks a bit uninviting from the outside. Rooms don't have a great view (parking lot) but are very spacious. Fair price/performance ratio.
The in-house restaurant is highly recommended, great Armenian cuisine.
