Positives: great, spacious, clean apartment (bedroom, living room, shower/toilet, hall) with a fridge, kettle, cups, beds (big double and two singles) were very comfortable. very tasty food (especially the pizzas and burgers that we had but they have other things on the menu as well) friendly staff, indoor kids play area, parking, enough power points in convenient places. Decent price. Building and room well looked after.
Disliked nothing but one suggestion: the tv in the living room was small (32 inches?) for the distance to the couch. We didn’t use or need the TV but if we wanted to, then from the couch it would have been less enjoyable to watch (shows how big the living room is!) However this is just a suggestion and didn’t affect our stay at all.

Perfect accomodation with best price in Martin and very tasty slovak restaurant .It is only 3 minutes from center of city Martin. Parking in pension with cameras.WiFi Is free.personal is very friendly .

Great staff here, very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is traditional rustic fare as is the hotel itself
There is limited parking but enough for most cars.
Wi-Fi, TV, small maisonette rooms are ideal

Family room is in good shape and couzy. Restaurant is good, breakfast is tasty.
Staff is friendly.
Place is very quiet, in the middle of small village.

- no reception, staff behind the bar can be busy and you have to wait to check in etc.
- if someone smokes outside and you open your room window all the cigarette smoke is in your room
- you can hear people from room above having sex etc.,sound insulation is bad
- bathroom contains a courtain in shower corner

Firstly, I have to say that we were generally satisfied with the services and meal. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the meal was very very tasty with huge portions.
Secondly, I have to write few not really good things about the accommodation. There was a wardrobe in the corridor and I missed a door on it and walls should be painted again. Rooms are accommodated mostly with workers from nearby factories and I understand that because that is a certain income for the owner. I just think that the accommodation is not worth of three stars as displayed on the pension.

The heating turns on only after 4pm so it was terribly cold in the room, there was no door on the wardrobe and a hole in the door was stuffed with a plastic bag, as I tried to push aside the curtain it fell on me , the chair in my room was broken , the first day i asked if i can pay with a card the answer was a clear yes, but the last day of my stay as i wanted to pay the receptionist didnt know how to deal with the terminal because she didnt lnow the pin code for it.... and she had noone to help obviously it was her first day, I had to go to the city to pick up money to be able to pay for the stay what wates my time, it aas horrible and I will never ever go back there, the only thing that was good was the food, and the room was clean

Food was good but one waitress was sick and cough really badly. That is not very professional (even the manager was there and he didnt send her home, i dont wanna know what are they doing in the kitchen if this was ok for them).
