Room is so small for rest. Bathroom is as well. Far away From cleaning. Personal are look tired not much helpful. Breakfast is so few different taste. Ofcourse just near to centrum. Parking fee is 6 euro. But ı do not understant so huge rubbish park. İts dare less then its Price...
The only strong point of this hotel is reception staff and breakfast. The ladies are very helpful and even organised for my fiancee's shirt to be washed and ironed just day before the wedding(not our wedding). The hotel rooms very old and furniture worn down and demaged. The blinds are made of some kind of steel material and it's extremely noisy when it rains so no sleep.
This was a great hotel close to the main street in the town centre. Its hard to understand that it was difficult to find. My room was exceptionally priced €60 for a clean big modern room. The breakfast was fine. All round great value. The staff were helpful
The hotel is not easy to reach. Via small streets where al kinds of automobiles are parked, you have to find your way to a public parking near the hotel. No sign how to reach the hotel entrance. From the public parking you have to carry an 100 meter your luggage via concrete staircases, dirty paths to the entrance of the hotel. Small elevator to the floors. Rooms without airco. Poor light on bathroom. Simple breakfastbuffet.
We stayed one night in this hotel. It is very good located, only some steps and you can find myself in the downtown of Kosice. We booked an apartment with 2 rooms and 2 nice and clear bathrooms and toilets. The beda were comfortable. Instead of few guests we got bufet breakfest. It surprsed me, but it was a good experience. I recommend the hotel for families too.
hotel appearance was poor. the rooms were quite plain. There were no wardrobe to put the clothes just open shelves. The floor was wooden and old. They did not give fresh towels even when I put them in the basin and were very stingy giving two small gels.
Well located - centre of Kosice. Friendly staff all spoke excellent English. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Good WiFi signal in the room. It doesn't look the most attractive hotel from the outside - but inside it is nice and definitely does the job...
Staff is good and friendly. Breakfast is also not bad. Again no air conditioning in the hotel. When I was first tome in this hotel, it was winter and I didn't realize that room is without air conditioner. This summer is extremely hot in Kosice, so management must think about climatization system... so this hotel meets the expectation to 3 star hotel.
The location is great, minutes from all the historical attractions and nightlife. But the vibe at this place is stuffy, probably gearing itself to business travellers. Motion sensor lights in the rooms/ corridors could use some tweaks... I was left standing in pitch dark a few times. Breakfast was decent, towels HARD, there is a fancy TV. Please don't start renovations at 8 am, it's not the best to wake up to drilling.
We very much enjoyed our stay and found everything comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. A very good breakfast. It took a few minutes to find from the railway station, but very close to the beautiful Old Town.
