Lovely setting but car or taxi needed to get into town, partly as we found bus service confusing. Staff were very helpful though had technical problems on check-out with providing separate bills for two of us (my friend and I are both self employed). Stayed 3 days with only cold water in the shower at peak times. Comfortable and spacious...

It is nice, we came here with group. Two nights in warm room with great breakfast. Hotel is little too far from centar but you can easily go with bus 93, and then walk around 10 min. You can choose room with view on the lake.

As previous reviews said - it's definitely not a 4* hotel. It's located in the middle of residential blocks. Lake makes a bit of difference, but at this time of the year (winter) it all seems so abandoned and messy. Around the hotel is a fence and you can not access to the lake - that's sad. Rooms are warm,...

We had duck dinner at the hotel restaurant. That was surely not a 4star hotel restaurant. Restaurant was empty and they had put us into saloon with white walls and awful surrounding as in the school cantine. We have agreed on some specialties with dinner, none was accomplished. They had 2 types of white bottle wine from the wine card,...

I stayed one night in this hotel. It's true as others comments that it's not really a 4 stars hotel. Outside of hotel is quite beautiful. Inside, it seems a little bit too simple and a little bit old style. Except the fact that it's not meet our expectation for 4 stars, but he night that I stayed, I slept...

We visited hotel with the group already the fourfth time (previouse Bonbon), and it was our last visit unfortunatelly. First of all - we know, that hotel is very faar from the down town, but positive was Bonbon hotel price and rich wellness and free of chargé rooms for rehearsals (choir). Present owner didn´t give us discount, charge us the...

The hotel is located near a lake, it has planty of green grounds around it, the food is really nice and the staff very polite and freindly. We stayed for 3 days during a seminar. We were about 550 people at the seminar and the hotel was a perfect spot for it. Plenty of nice walks outside, when you wanted...

Located among apartment blocks next to a small lake, this is quite far from any sights a tourist would likely be interested in. However, it is reasonably close to the highway so if you are driving through and need to stop, or come here on for a conference, it is fine. I came here for a business meeting. The hotel...

I was very dissapointed with the approach of personal in this place and would probably never even consider this one for anything in the future. Too bad because hotel seems very nice from the outside and has huge conference room possibilities.
