No WiFi in the room, no elevator, no hairdryer, no air conditioning, bad service, very noisy at night at night due to karaoke bars and strip clubs in immediate proximity. Windows are old, drafty and NOT soundproof. The reception staff wasn't friendly. Sexist environment. Only upside is the central location in the old city.

Dear guest, thank you for your feedback and we are really sorry you felt uncomfortable. Let us reply you. Regarding to wifi: wifi is available in all our rooms for free, if you had a problem with a connection, you could come to say it to the receptionist anytime, we could try to solve this problem for you. Regarding to elevator: if you could see on our website or on booking.com, we always wrote everywhere that our hotel is on the 3rd floor without the elevator, so you could read it before you chose our hotel. You could also read there, that our hotel is without airconditioning, but we have fen in the rooms. We dont mention somewhere that we have a soundproof windows, because we dont have them. We are in the middle of the centre so you could imagine it will not be quiet as on the village, you have a lot of bars around, people on the streets. Hairdryer is available on the reception, you just need to ask, we also not have an information on the websites, that the hairdryer is included in the rooms. You did not tell us anything about this problems, so we could not help you immediately. You chose a hotel in the middle of the centre which is not a quiet place. We would also like to know, why do you think the reception staff was unfriendly? We dont think our building is sexist enviroment, it is true, if you go through the passage you have a strip club there and thai massage, they came after us and we are not working with them, everybody in this building is managing their own place, you forgot to mention also we have in the building a little shops with clothes, handbags and before Thai massage we had an beautiful antique shop here , so unfortunatelly it doesnt depend on us what kind of pubs or bars are going to be in the building. Sometimes our guests are going for a classic thai massage down there and they said it is OK, some of them are scared to go there, but we never had a problems with them in a connection with our guests, we have also a nonstop security assistance in the building. Unfortunatelly this noise is hard to correct as we are in the middle of the center with a lot of people, bars, restaurants. Thank you very much for the understanding and we wish you a good day. Ok, yes, there are a lot of stairs.. However, the room was lovely and clean; comfortable and quiet considering you are smack in the middle of the old town. Staff were helpful and friendly. As long as your knees are good, just consider the stairs as a way of burning off all the beer!

Arrived and seemed OK the staff just took your money and gave good directions to the room. The room was big enough but you could hear everything in the other rooms. The bathroom was OK but fixings were all loose and the shower was not good as you'd just have the temperature correct and then it would get extremely hot and then get cold again so it was a mixed shower. We gave €47.40 for the room no breakfast but if asked what would I pay I'd say room only €35 was enough

The location of this hotel is ideal. Very central and surrounded by restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The staff were friendly and tried their best but the hotel has many things wrong with it. Furniture is dated . It is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. There is no option for breakfast and, as the hotel is located in a car free zone, the taxi will only drop you outside this zone. You then have to walk the cobbled streets with your bags, in the cold . Other things lacking included a wardrobe that does not close, room not being serviced daily ( toiletries, towels and tea/coffee ), no information packet in room ( as in most other hotels ) . Also it is not nice to have a Thai massage parlour on the 1st floor on the way up the stairs. Receptionist was nice and allowed us to leave our bags with him on departure.

Official hotel website says that VAT and other taxes are included in the given price list. We had four nights in room that costs 60 euros, but we were charged 265 euros !? Rooms very clean, tidy and every day visited by charwoman. Receptionists (many of them) were polite and helpful (boarding pass printing, hair dryer..)
