We spent a really nice weekend at Hotel Visegrád. The programs were excellent, our room clean and cosy, the breakfast and the dinner delicious, the staff very kind. There were some little hitches, but we got help immediately. The location is also beautiful and restful. Thank you! We spent 4 days with my husband in Visegrad. The hotel location is perfect, beautiful review to the castle. The staff was very kind and helpful. The food was diverse and fine. There are many great programs with excellent organization.
Perfect service, excellent breakfast and dinner, really kind staff. Clear rooms, good opportunities to entertainment. The knightly tournament and the medieval feast was a lot of fun. We had fun. The wellness and a massage was perfect.
Last week I spent 3 super days with my family and my dog at Hotel Visegrád. The staff was very kind and helpful, the food at the Hotel's restaurant and at the Renaissance Restaurant was very delicious, many thanks to the restaurant's staff for showing the gluten-free foods to my gluten-sensitive husband. The wellness area is also nice, we stayed there a lot, the pools are clean and the environment is tidy. Overall we are very satisfied with the hotel and recommend it to everyone.
Avoid staying in this Hotel . The bar on the ground floor was rented out to a large group of students, and VERY loud music were played the whole night, despite numerous requests to turn down the volume. For guest on the first floor like me, it felt as we were sleeping right there in the disco. I will never stay on this hotel again!
Very friendly staff, lovely rooms, and overall a great atmosphere. My family loved every minute of our stay. The trip by minibus to the Solomon tower and the Knight's tournament entertained both adults and children alike.
Perfect wellness area, clean and nice rooms, with kind staff! The restaurant and the food were excellent!!! We had the first time with our few month old baby, the they were absolutely baby-friendly, we got a perfect baby bed for free too. Thanks for all
I'm really happy I've been hosted by Hotel Visegrád and could spend there a weekend. The hotel staff is really kind and supported to make the stay the best. I also enjoyed very much the variable programs I had in the package and also the alternative option to take part on a boat tour with champagne. The room and wellness facilities are very good and also the huge breakfast buffet. It was a great experience to go back into the Middle Ages and learn more about Visegrád and the history of it in person. I recommend this hotel for couples and families as well. And I will love to go back to spend more time asap again.
Friendly staff, excellent spa and sports facilities (tennis, pool, bowling, table tennis), great food and cocktails, vegetarian options available too (although a bit scarce). Great location, right by the Danube and a 2-minute walk from the bus stop.
We spent a weekend from Friday to Sunday there with my husband, and it was a huge disappointment. The only nice experience from this place was its’ restaurant, the waiters were kind and the food was delicious. About the hotel itself I cannot say anything positive. The receptionists at the check-in were phlegmatic and they supposed that everyone knows everything about the hotel. The room was dirty, the carpet had many stains, and the furniture was dusty and had stains from glasses. We got towels that were so filthy that we didn’t dare to use them. The shower head was leaking everywhere and the water temperature was fluctuating. In the room there was nothing that a 4-star hotel usually offers (eg. coffee, tea and kettle) and a safe could be only used if you can get a key from the reception. About 16:40 on Friday, we had no chance to book a massage for the whole weekend, while when we got to the wellness part of the hotel on Saturday we found pools smelling really badly from chlorine and had no place put our stuff as it was so crowded. Half of the saunas were also closed. Altogether it was dreadful.…
