great room with big windows and a tv plus a very nice bathroom, the customer service was great and they were very nice, however we were in the room 130 and at around 21:00 the kitchen was closing and as we found out very quickly they forgot to turn off the ventilation and it keot running during the whole night, so the sleep was kind of ruined, however as we found out it wsd an accident they offered to give us 50% back and we gladly accepted, everything else was without any problem so i will give one star back. Would visit again
This hotel is lovely, the spa is is well designed with a large pool that has lots of different bubbles and jets. The sauna is very hot, and there are also treatments available. It was a lovely experience staying here.
Easy accessible, pleasant atmosphere, nice pool and wellness, childfriendly. Spacious and cosy family room. One night a bunch of people decided to have a noisy party in the common area of the hotel, but this was easily solved by the owner. Very good breakfast buffet, lots of choices, very good baguettes and croissants. Dinner buffet 1st night was good, but in all honesty, the next buffets were a bit less. A la carte on the other hand was very good!
We stayed for one night in a twin room. Room very comfortable, great shower in a nice bathroom. Good wifi, Tea and coffee facilities and an in room fridge. We used the indoor spa it was clean and a good temp. Breakfast was fine, although I possibly expected a bit more variety ie cereals etc. And when we had breakfast at 9am there was a few items that had run out. However we had a comfortable stay and a great nights sleep
Nice place for families. It was clean and quite durung our visit even there was a futball match in arena near the hotel. Big exterior swimming place with toys. One room furnitured as children place inside of hotel. Good parking in front of restaurant.
I brought my mom for a girl's wellness weekend over her birthday here, and we loved the experience. The buffet breakfasts and dinners were tasty and plentiful, the service was prompt and courteous, and the wellness facilities were perfect size. Swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room, we tried all of them. The massage therapist was friendly and did a great job. We would both come back here and would recommend the hotel to others as well.
Location is fine, not central but only a few minures from downtown and very close to the soccer stadium. Big free parking lot. Quality restaurant. Our family room was spacy, clean and comfortable - but I did not like the roof windows. Staff is friendly and polite. Will come back.
Room 129 is near the front of the building so road noise is a reality when the windows are open. Bathroom is redone and lovely (except lighting for make-up application). Beware the slick tub/shower floor!!! Bed was nice and firm. Room had no special ambience. Breakfast is served in a lovely room and the buffet has many delicious options to choose from. We took a bus to the historic area from a nearby bus stop. Several interactions with front desk personnel to ask questions was without any particular sense of warmth or charm.
I had a really negative experience with this hotel. The room was extremly hot, although there is an AC, but it cannot cool down the room at all. The stuff said it is because of the big load because of the hot weather. :( During the night, we opened the windows, but not much air came in, and that time the temperature was okay, plus the exhaust of the AC is located next to our windows, so the noise was awful. We have stayed in the room 210. I wasn't satisfied with the bathroom too, the tap did not fush. In the room, on the fool we also find wildlife in the form of ants, some of them even climbed into my bed.
This was probably my sixth visit -- always pleased -- hard to beat. The only inconvenience is not being downtown but that is easy to work around. The standard rooms are not large but they are not cramped. Clean room, bedding and bathroom; WiFi; free self-parking; great breakfast is included; spa (e.g., pool, hot tub, sauna); dining on premises; easy check-in/out. The included breakfast is a great start for the day with a wide range of offerings. The occasional lunch or dinner at the hotel has always been excellent. If going into downtown to walk around or visit with relatives we will call a taxi cab (Hungary has 0% alcohol strict law). Affordably priced.
