Nap Hostel is very conveniently located in old town. The walk from the train station was about 20 minutes. The hostel was easy to find because it was just down the street from the National Theatre. Although it was above a bar, I love the beautiful artwork in the staircase leading up to the hostel. I was very impressed!

The owner was friendly and helpful. The facilities were average for a hostel (clean but nothing fancy). The dorms were not too crowded and the high ceilings made the room felt spacious. The room was flooded with sunlight all day long. Although the concert at the bar was loud in the evening, I had no problem with it as a deep sleeper.

I really enjoyed my stay here, you enter through the cafe which was confusing at first. But once checked in, there is a side entrance which you have a key for. The security wasn't great but I loved the decor and found the dorm roomy and plenty of toilets and bathrooms for everyone. There's free tea and coffee all day and a good kitchen. Anna was very friendly and incredibly hard working but there isn't 24 hour reception and you're left to your own devices. The location is great but it was very noisy, especially from the front according to other guests from the bar below. I slept through this but if you're a light sleeper it might be an issue. There was good WiFi and it was a social hostel, highly enjoyable!

The hostel is in the middle of this charming city, and the building is simply glam. I loved the balcony of our room, and the graffiti art in the stair well is also very fabulous. I liked the vibe at this place, however, it's a little inconvenient there are not many toilets or showers.

If I ever come back to Pecs, I'll choose this hostel again!

In the centre of the old city just above a lovely cafe/pub where you get a 10% discount as a guest in hostel (prices are already low - Jameson is 1,5€/0,3l). Hostel is small (13 beds) and has two showers, three toilets, a kitchen w/ free coffee, free wifi and computer to use. Everyone speaks english well, which is uncommon for Hungary. A lovely town to visit.

This hostel is very central in the walking street and located in a beautiful yellow historical building. Downstairs is one of the best bars in town, called Nappali. So you have to look for the bar to find the entrance. The hostel is on the first floor, with 3 spacious, clean dorm rooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The staff was very helpful, gave me a map and useful information for trips around the city. I wanted to stay 3 nights but stayed one more because I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The Nappali bar downstairs has awesome concerts too and you get a discount as a hostel guest. I will surely go back again to this place!

The hostel is well located and our room was nice enough and very spacious. There's absolutely no atmosphere and the staff aren't here most of the time. When they are here, they seem very reluctant to help and give information. Just ok overall.

Although tucked away behind the bar, and slightly hard to find initially, this hostel was great. Basically like a big house with 3 big dorm rooms and a nice kitchen and eating area. The staff were hardly there to be honest! Decor was cool and the bathrooms were clean and fairly roomy. Discount in the bar below is prettty good, and its a nice place to have a drink!
Very central!

I was only at this hostel for one night, but I wish I could have stayed for another night! The location of the hostel is great, although a bit tricky to find at first. I was only one of three people at the hostel that night so there were no issues with the bathrooms or showers. The bar downstairs was really nice and the staff were great. I would highly recommend going to Pecs and staying at this hostel :)

The hostel os located in the very centre of the city and the owner is a nice guy that can show you everything in the surroundings. There isn’t going on that much at the hostel (or at least when I was there in midsummer) but the bar downstairs is well visited by locals as well as travellers. The rooms are a bit boring and most likely very crowded when the hostel is full - and hot too with no AC
