Dear Martin T! Thank you for evaluating our hotel! We are delighted to be pleased with the room, meals, spa pools and saunas. Yes, in winter the water temperature of the outdoor pool is only suitable for intensive swimming. We look forward to returning to you as a regular guest, and next time you will be staying in a period when the experience elements in the outdoor pool work! Translation: google / translate. Sincerely, the Aquamarin team

The location of this hotel is OK, just a few minutes from lake Heviz. Rooms dont have air condition, but they have blinds and mosquito nets. The hotel is sorrounded by trees which give natural shadow and it is not so hot in the summer.

Hotel as a building with its pools and fitness facilities is OK, restaurant and food good as well, but there is a kind of non-professionalism and rude behavior by a young lady on the reception desk (Friday 16th February afternoon), who made me to go up and down two times to take the money from the room and pay immediately for the pool (refusing to charge it on the room). So there are other hotels in the vicinity, I would avoid this one next time.

Dear Olgica2015! Thank you for evaluating our hotel! We're glad you were happy with the meal and the bath. Sorry, the receptionist's colleague was not flexible. Usually, in groups, there is a technical barrier to using individual accounts. Unfortunately, it has happened that the customer did not confess his consumption on the group account at the last minute of the departure when everyone ran, we no longer argued with anyone, rather we made the items as a loss. In the future we will try to change this, thank you for reporting this. We hope that you will not be able to choose another hotel during your next Hévíz vacation, and you are already a regular guest of ours as a guest! Translation: google / translate. Sincerely, the Aquamarin team

I stayed at this hotel because I received intensive treatments for my spine. This was my first stay in Heviz and I do believe that if you are in town to benefit from what the lake and skilled medical professionals can offer then you are at the best place. I admit that the rooms are very simple and there are a lot to improve when it comes to to make them more comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful and you don't need to go anywhere to complete your treatments. The location is also great, very close to the centre of the town but still in a lovely, green little street. I hope there'll be improvements soon and I will come back to see that in autumn!

Dear Guest! Thank you for evaluating our hotel! We are delighted that he was happy with the medicinal water and used the treatments, leaving us with positive experiences. In the "budget" rooms most of the bathroom is unfortunately really small as our financial facilities allow us to constantly modernize. The rooms of these rooms have been replaced and when the bathrooms are ready, it will be the same as the rooms in the "B" building. We hope to return to us as a regular guest in autumn. On arrival, in the middle of summer, house rules were set out! No use of outdoor pool after 8.00pm, no outdoor entertaining after 8.00pm, a very basic bar on street front closes 8.30pm, and basically everything stops on or around 8.00pm. In the middle of summer, when the days are long, the weather is very warm, you seem to be forced to go to bed by 9.00pm. If you want to rest and do nothing and go to bed early, and be in an environment that very much reminds you of the communist era 1970's circa, then this is the place for you !!! Oh! and no air conditioning in rooms !!!

Dear Erika S! Thank you for your opinion! Our opening hours based on the needs of guests. It was summer, when the bar was until 22:00 o’clock open, but unfortunately, there was hardly guests. This is probably the reason that we are too close to the city center (although calm and peaceful area) and guests prefer to drink in the city center. Yes, really there isn’t air conditioning. We don’t even claimed to have. Independent all these things, we hope that you will be back if you need relax! Translation: google / translate. Sincerely, the team Aquamarin
