We enjoyed hotel stay, but had a few challenges. Fortunately staff saved the visit and worked to accommodate us in every way possible. The restaurant associated with hotel was very nice, not all meals as expected, but service was superior and all was sorted out. Fantastic wine list and recommendations by our phenomenal waiters. The downtown area, a bit of...

Absolutely pleased with the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Sorry I have no pictures. Beds comfortable and front desk personnel were helpful. The restaurant across the street was convenient and served us a wonderful meal of goulash, stuffed cabbage and pickled veggies. Best goulash I've had so far in Hungary.

Stayed here for the 2nd time and will come for a 3rd. The staff is..... unbelievably beautiful and very helpful! Professional in a sense of making sure you're fine. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restrooms as well. Also very clean!! My room had a nice little balcony where I was able to enjoy late evening. The seminar room...

We stayed for 2 nights in the hotel in late July. This hotel is charming. It's located in a nice area around vine cellar and vine caves. Room was nice, comfortable not specious but big enough. Everything was very clean. Room had an access to balcony or rather patio area. Outside there was jacuzzi which we used on the first...

This hotel has ideal location if you want to be close to the wine cellars of Eger. That's why we came here :) The hotel is rather a small one, and the services are accordingly also moderate. The room was quite good and clean. This has a big importance! However there were some small issues: the worst thing was the...

Stayed: May 31, 2014 Good things: Room was a suite and had lots of space. The pool area was new, with spray jets coming from the wall. Not so good things: Breakfast buffet was awful - especially the ants all over the serving table. The outside "garden" was grass on the roof with a cheap above ground whirlpool for 4...

We booked the gala dinner for New Year's Eve there. The place was nice and the food was really good. Some of the waiters must have been new to the place, since they didn't really know what was on the menu. Not being used to the Hungarian way of life, we found the dinner time too early, practically we finished...

Comfortable new hotel in the Szepasszony-volgy of Eger. We had a Superior Luxe room with jacuzzi and balcony; a really great and spacious room. Area is quiet and nice even in winter time. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Only downside is that it's half an hour walk from the center. And if you'd like to taste wines, why else would...
