We stayed here for 2 nights 3 adults and 2 kids placed in 2 rooms. This was organised by the grandparents and they paid for it and this was their budget. Still 120.000 HUF was a lot for what you got. In the price was included the accommodation for two nights, entry to the spa (zone 1only) for two days and buffet breakfast and dinner for two occasions. So, the rooms were ok in terms of cleanness. The double bed was ok but the sofa bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean, no mould however dated. It was over 30 degrees and no air conditioning in the rooms just a fan in the corner. It was unbearable and I’m glad we only stayed for two nights as we were exhausted with no sleep. The window frames were flaking and the tv was really old. Food was nothing to rave about but the most off putting thing was that all kinds of flies and bees were on uncovered food. Staff were slow and didn’t seem to bother to serve the drinks that we ordered at extra cost. Lifts were slow and tiny. During breakfast and dinner time we had to wait longer. On the last day 10 mins. I would not return and would recommend to pay the extra for an air conditioned accommodation. However it might be ok to stay here when it’s not too hot for someone on a lower budget.

All areas of hotel should be refurbished. Service of this hotel could be better - during our visit there joined some bus travel groups and staff was quite overwhelmed by so many different requests. Also "climbing up" with elevator (3 elevators available) took sometimes 10 minutes and more getting into 7th level. But room was very nice quite and end of floor with nice panoramic view. Thermal water perfect and super fully covered access from hotel to the bath (optimal also during winter season). Maybe we will come back during autumn hoping for less people. Very relaxing was small wellness centre with SPA directly in hotel. Own parking area with secured access.

We were in this hotel several times and were always satisfied. The only thing is that the hotel and its equipment is older and it has its illnesses. Service was always perfect but the last time room was not cleaned properly. Food is very good.

This is an old hotel build in era before the year 1989. Not many things has changed since then, including the cuisine and personnel behavior. The room was clean, pretty quiet, a little bit smelly like the rest of the hotel - spa/pool smell. There is not much to say - they don't play any fool game on you. This hotel is exactly what it advertises and look at a first glance - budget hotel at the pool/spa. PS: Don't even try the English - they won't understand you. German/Hungary/Czech a little... but not English!
