The Hotel itself not bad , but honestly doesn't meet the requirement for 4star superior , more like 3starish , and the only thing which was perfect and cannot say any bad is the spa.We had the best sauna show ever , they were friendly and the show was on a really high level. The service around the pool was unacceptable , they call it a coctailbar but the bartender was slow , and the coctails were bad , tasteless and overpriced. The restaurant and the food tho really good , we got breakfast and dinner which were on a high standard , different type of fish , meat , salads, fruit , cheese ,soups so even if you are on a special diet (I am pescetarian) you will be able to find something for yourself. Overall it was good ,but the service needs some serious improovement for that money they asking for...

We went as a couple with our youngest son and really enjoyed the place. It is simply delightful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was good but not exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Crystal Tower is very very good. The spirit of hotel is marvellous, the cat is fantastic!
Restaurant: the food is fine, but not for kids (potate pasta with surprise chili :)). The waiters are polite, but not kind!

Very efficient and flexible booking process. Beautiful suite. Very clean everywhere. Great outside pool area - but hotel should stop people reserving sunbeds by towels for entire day without using them. Good couisine. Polite and friendly staff all around. Giant swing is fun. Great sweets. Staff does not always wear masks and they refused to serve dinner on the terrace which is not nice in pandemic times, also guests are allowed to go to buffet without mask. Altogether it is a super hotel.

We had enjoyed every minute of our stay here. Our suite was clean, well equipped and super spacious, even had a balcony, bath, walk-in shower etc. Free, secure parking on site. The childrens play area is quite large and well equipped. The gym has everything you need for a quick daily workout. There is a spa for families, one for adults only (silent zone) and a dedicated suana world. Could not fault the all you can eat breakfast or dinner, wide choice of delicious food. We found the staff always helpful and our stay most enjoyable and good value for money. We`ll be back. Adam & Anita

The staff is not Very friendly, spa and welness needs more cleaning. Bad smell when you enter the spa near the reception. Spa open until 21.00 only. Outside pool during Winter is closed. No Thermal pool like in any other hotels. I expect better services from hotel staff for a 4*hotel.

Caramell Resort is quite nice place to stay while in Buk. Hotel is modern, looks new, have some asian fusion inside and it is lovely because of it´s SPA. Breakfast in the hotel was really great, so many things to choose and also the bar in the lobby is nice place just to sit around or have some drink. You will not be disapointed by visiting this place

Never change any weekend for this place! Although the hotel looks nice first, after a few hours realize, it is not that place you really wanted to visit. The staff is of a low standard, poor service , whithout any concept. Cleaning is an important profession, a pity that it is not taught. Food quite okay (2 star level), the quality of wine and the selection is tragic and even expensive! (and they even ask for a lot of tap water too). And if you're bored, take part in a fire alarm exercise. No one will know what to do ...

Room was old and bad quality (photos attached). In the bath tube drains were blocked, water didnt go down, it was disgusting. Terrace door was broken. Wellness center is small, and nit nice at all. All sauna windows were dirty. Minibar was almost empty: 2 mineral water was in it. Overall bad experience, would not recommend itto anyone.
