Spacious, well-equipped, stylish and comfortable you can't ask for more. The helpful staff can arrange tickets to the baths, opera, taxis etc. Brody Apartments provide the ideal centrally-located base from which to explore Budapest.

Perfect place with cool design and everything we need. Reception staff were super helpful - We had such a lovely time staying here! Our apartment was very cool and secure through three very simple locks. Bed was incredible, was the most comfy bed ever! The design of the apartments was spot on. Not a single bad word to be said! can't wait to come back!

Came here over the 4-6th with my sister. So easy to get to, just jumped into a cab from the airport. Very warm welcome from the ladies in reception, and our apartment was ready 2 hours early! The apartment, number 4 was out of this world! Beautiful doesn't come close to describing it, it was outstanding, such a beautiful place, supremely clean! And so spacious! Couldn't have asked for more! Will 100% be returning to you!

We really enjoyed staying at the Brody Apartments (ours was No. 2 on the ground floor) with its unique style and charme of a bygone era. A candle was lit before our arrival, so we felt really welcome. I'm sure you could also ask for a bottle of a great Hungarian Merlot to be waiting. We loved the sanded walls and grinded doors, the modern kitchen and bathroom (fabulous rain shower!!!), very neatly thought through and innovative. Slept really well in a comfy bed, under one huge blanket. The breakfast basket impressed with simplicity and great quality (artisan bread, delicious jam, eggs, butter, milk and orange juice). What more do you need to start a day in wonderful Budapest?

Stayed for 4 nights in apartment 4 on the ground floor. The apartment is beautifully and artfully decorated - shabby chic but very comfortable with all mod cons. The bathroom especially was wonderful with a fantastic rain shower. Bed large and comfortable. Kitchen facilities were fine, with tea and coffee provided and all the necessary utensils (though we didn't cook). The reception staff spoke perfect English and were friendly and helpful. Wifi connection was fine.
The Jewish quarter, where the apartments are located, is fantastic - an area of many bars and restaurants, including the famous ruin bars which we thoroughly enjoyed. Try Mazel Tov restaurant for good food (especially for veggies - a refreshing change in meaty Budapest) and an entertaining evening. Also close to all the sights and a metro station round the corner. From our ramblings around the city we were really glad to stay in this area which has a real buzz.
So no complaints at all really. We did ask for the apartment to be cleaned once during our stay but this didn't happen and we couldn't be bothered to make a fuss and weren't charged anyway so no biggy.
Budapest is a great city to explore and the Brody Apartments make for a comfortable and quirky base. Recommended.

Thank you for the feedback and for taking the time to write a detailed review. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. Sorry about the confusion about the housekeeping request - did you ask at reception or one of our housekeeping team? If the latter, their english is more limited and may well have misunderstood. We have recently redesigned the little courtyard of Apartment #4 that seems work - hopefully you will return and advise us whether you like it! Best wishes - The Brody Team

Amazing location, close to all attractions. Met at airport by driver arranged by reception. Beautiful apartment block. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Stayed in Apartment 3, on ground floor. Lovely kitchen, large shower room (great, powerful shower) and large bedroom. We asked for extra pillows - no problem. Quirky, shabby chic - a great base to explore Budapest. Spent so much time out and about, did not need services of a hotel. This apartment was just the ticket. Loads of coffee houses, restaurants etc on the doorstep including a trendy ruin bar - Ankert (?) just further up the street. Do go on a walking tour and also would recommend booking tickets for a guided tour of the parliament building. Trams/underground are cheap and a great feet-saver! Budapest is a wonderful city to explore and Brody Apartments a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Stayed in a two bedroom apartment over Easter and it was amazing. Large, spacious with all the amenities you could wish for and a brilliant location. Great bakeries, cake shop and mini-markets near by for breakfast provisions. Staff are really friendly and will help go out of their way to help with reservations etc.

Our apartment - no 2, became home from home during our stay. Everything was of a uniformly high standard..gorgeous well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds with nice bed linen, good sofas, nice and effective light fittings but most important of all...wonderful, thoughtful and charming service from the reception / service team. Sara especially went beyond the call of duty...nothing was too much and the provision of little luxuries like umbrellas, guide books , accurate information etc all came with a smile! The location is brilliant...very quiet but just around the corner to the most elegant shopping avenue of Budapest as well as to the fascinating up and coming edgy Jewish quarter and a very short walk from numerous cafes and restaurants. A perfect Budapest experience linking the historic with modern stylish standards of comfort. Congratulations!

Brody is like a serviced apartment (without the services - daily cleaning is at an additional cost of EUR 15 a day) in a quiet street just off the Andrassy Avenue.
Don't get misled by the dilapidated street outside or the strip club next door. The location is pretty safe even at wee hours of the night and has cafes / restaurants / grocery stores close by. There's a even a nice kids play area. Gozsdu Udvar (Jthe ewish quarter), Kazinczy Utca (home to Szimplakert & other party places), St Stephens' Basilica, the Opera House and even the Chain Bridge are within walking distance (5-15 minutes).
The building is a charming old block. The apartment is spacious, with privacy for 2 families. The kitchen is super with state of the art stove, microwave, fridge and oven and is stocked with ample kitchenware. There's also a washer / dryer. The updo is arty and modern. Both the bed rooms are spacious and the living dining area is huge. The smaller bed room doesn't have an attached toilet, only a bath and no bathtub (the master bedroom has one).
We were 4 adults and 3 kids, and there was ample space for everyone.
Boarders at the apartments also get an access to Brody Studio - do go there for a meal.
Also, the front desk has a lot of info on places to eat, drink, shop & the art scene, so do ask for the Brody curated map.

From making the booking to checking out, Brody Apartments were great. We went as a group of 10 ladies and booked 4 apartments. They were perfect for us, as were in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere, they were within our budget and the staff were incredibly helpful and offered a lot of advice of places to go and see before we even arrived, which made our weekend incredibly smooth.

there is a mini fridge. and we just took a cab from the airport. it was super easy. but they offered to arrange for a car if we wanted. they will give you guidance on which taxi booth to go to at the airport (that you can trust), and that's what we did. and then we got a discount "voucher" to use if we used the same company on the way back to the airport after the trip, so consider that. the staff at Paulay called for our return to the airport and arranged a taxi pick up for us. very easy!
