When I arrived at this hotel I said 'wow' , the entrance and reception is beautiful . all of the staff at the desk were so kind and helpful , gave us great advice on where to visit and how to get there. The room we stayed in was amazing , looks exactly like as shown in the photos , feels so luxurious. The room had every possible thing you could ever need supplied. We also had the room cleaned each day , always made to look lovely. The hot tub and sauna room was so nice , we used it about 3 times and every time had it to ourselves . always so clean and felt very relaxing. The hotel is also in a great location , really close to the chain bridge, which is lovely to see even though its currently closed, even with it being closed its not a long walk down to the next bridge to cross over onto the other side . and only a short walk to all the bars and shops from the hotel , we didn't have to get a taxi at all. definitely book to stay here !

My wife and I stayed at the Prestige Hotel for a four night break in January 2022. We arrived in the early hours and the reception clerk welcomed us and checked us in without delay. We had booked a standard room, which was spotlessly clean and everything was in good order. There was plenty of room to move about, plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space, a huge bed and a well fitted bathroom. During the whole stay we had a couple of lazy mornings and were not disturbed by the housekeeping staff. However, our room was made up and kept very clean every day before we returned from our adventures, no matter what time we left the room. The staff were very discrete until they were spoken to, at which point they were extremely attentive and prompt to answer any questions or resolve an action. The hotel was very safe with reception being manned 24/7. Use of the lifts required a key card to gain access to the guest rooms. The location of the hotel was ideal for our visit with many attractions being within easy walking distance. The public transport service in Budapest is fantastic and made it easy to reach those tourist attractions that were a bit further away. Budapest itself is a fantastic city to visit and we found it to be clean, safe and easy to navigate using the public transport. We had a great time on our city break to Budapest, which was enhanced by our choice of hotel. I absolutely recommend the Prestige Hotel as a great base for a city break and if we return I would definately make this my first choice for accommodation.

The Prestige Hotel ticked all the boxes for us to make our week's stay there a five star experience: impressive building; centrally located but on a quiet street; within easy walking distance of many of Budapest's many attractions while others can be easily reached using the near-by trams or Metros that are frequent, cheap. trouble free and clean; delicious breakfasts; helpful, friendly staff particularly on reception; tasteful, quiet bedrooms, kept immaculately clean. What more could you want?

I visited this hotel for the New Year '22, we stayed 5 days and we bring home very nice impressions. The hotel is in the very center of Budapest, a 5 to 10 minute walk away from everything immportant. Right next to Chain Bridge, Parliament, surrounded by very beautiful streets and winter Advent. The service of the hotel was excellent, the room is clean every day, breakfast varied (the waiter comes up and asks you if you want eggs for breakfast and what kind to make for you), very quiet, the reception is decisive, if you want a taxi or restaurant reservation only contact them, they will solve your problem. Parking is provided as part of the accommodation, welcome in front of the hotel, staff can park your car and take your luggage to the room. I look forward to coming to this hotel next time
