Stayed here in February 2025 as a couple on a city break. This hotel is quite simply fantastic. We stayed in a deluxe double room which was spacious, comfortable and modern. Rooms are kept fastidiously clean on a daily basis, and the hotel cleaners provide two complimentary bottles of water per night and restock any used toiletries. As a nice touch, each evening a card with the next days weather forecast is provided along with complimentary chocolates. We slept very well in the quiet room and the bed was very comfortable, there was also a pillow menu to chose from should you like. We opted for breakfast which was plentiful and fresh. For a hotel buffet we thought that the quality was excellent and varied. As well as the usual coffee machine there was fresh filter coffee available.
The location of the hotel is amazing, a couple of minutes walk to both the chain bridge and St Stephens Basilica. It is also close to fantastic transport links making it easy to get around the city and back again. As a side note there are so many incredible places to see, resturants to eat at and things to do – would absolutely recommend going to the Szechenyi Thermal Baths which are only a short train ride away, definitely the highlight of our stay.
We would absolutely stay here on our next trip to Budapest!

We have just returned from a lovely 2 night stay with breakfast at Prestige Hotel. The hotel was easy to find on a quiet street, only a short walk from the AirPort Express (100E) bus stop. It is elegantly designed and in a good location for visiting many attractions.
On arrival (around midday), we were fortunate to have early check-in and upgraded to a suite. All the staff were very warm and friendly. The suite was beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and pillows. Chocolates and the weather forecast for the next day are left in the room each evening, as well as complementary bottles of water.
A good buffet breakfast is served in the on-site restaurant Costes Downtown. We also had lunch there on the first day, which was an excellent experience with fine food and service.
Thoroughly recommended!

Even before arriving at this stunning hotel the level of service was outstanding. I had made the hotel aware we were travelling to celebrate our 15th Wedding Anniversary, they arranged a car to collect and return us to the airport and then on check in we were treated to a room upgrade to a beautiful suite (room 607) on the upper floor and the furthest from the lifts (an early request when making the booking direct with the hotel). The hotel is spotless and the rooms were cleaned to the highest standard everyday, as other reviews have noted the chocs and weather for the following day presented to the room each evening. The hotel is in an excellent location, within a 5 min walk to St Stephens, the Danube, Parliament Building and just a hop across the bridge to the Buda Castle etc.. A special mention to Krisztina and Shomi for their amazing customer service, both a real credit to the hotel. Budapest was n amazing city and we are planning to return with our children early next year and will be re-booking the hotel. Thank You

An exceptional hotel in the heart of Budapest few steps away from Szechenyi Chain Bridge. An excellent healthy buffet breakfast as much as you like. The staff is wonderful and always on hand to help if required. Spotless rooms are cleaned every day with a complimentary coffee machine with good quality pods and complimentary chocolates and water. 1 of the best showers in any hotel we have ever stayed in and had a good-sized bathroom. Excellent choice of English-speaking TV stations and music stations when get back after a long day out exploring. A few steps from great restaurants and bars. I cannot recommend the Prestige Hotel enough if visiting this magical city, you will not be disappointed. We will be back in Budapest and will stay at the Prestige Hotel without hesitation.

Our 3 night stay was wonderful . Upgraded on check in to a mini suite . Friendly and welcoming on check in as was the interaction with all team members thoughout . The location is very close to the Danube and not far from the chain bridge . Close to restaurants bars and the main shopping streets . Breakfast was very good quality and plentiful from self service buffets. The cleanliness was pristine in the bedroom, bathroom and public areas . Decorated to a high standard all air conditioned . Housekeeping offered a turn down service leaving chocolates and the weather forecast for the following day on your bed . Luggage stored safely so you can enjoy a full day in the city on your day of departure . Homemade lemonade was provided FOC in the lobby after a day out in the summer heat. A great find .

Hotel is really stylish inside as was our room. The only disappointment was the breakfast, the cooked items such as the eggs, sausages and beans were either Luke warm or cold so stuck to the cold/continental option. Also, when we arrived there were two complimentary 0.5 litre bottles of water in our room; we assumed (wrongly!) that these would be replaced every day as most guests probably don’t want to drink the local tap water. Went to the bar to get another 0.5 litre bottle of water, but was informed that there is a cost of 1.053 HUF. What a rip off; we bought a 1.5 litre bottle of water at the Prima supermarket close by for 150 HUF.

This hotel is 5 minutes walk away to St Stephen Basilica and its Christmas market and 10 minutes to Vrostmarty square Christmas market. It is conveniently located close to public transport and the Danube river as well. The staff are friendly and helpful, most especially Christina (her name is spelt differently apologies) who took time to contact our hotel transfer late hour in the evening for a very early transfer to the airport. The other staffs are friendly and warm as well. The cleanliness of the hotel is impressive so is the comfort of the bed. Breakfast is included in our booking and they have a good selection of food for breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Budapest.

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel on our mini-moon for 2 nights.
As soon as we walked in, I was impressed with what we saw and experienced. The hotel itself smells divine as soon as you step through the door.
The staff were extremely helpful and inviting and provided us with loads of local information, letting us know they were on hand if we needed anything else.
The room itself was tastefully decorated with everything you could possibly need, including complimentary sparkling water and a delicious bar of dark chocolate. Robes were provided in the bathroom as well as all the products required for a shower. We also located a fitness bag which had slippers and towels for the spa area. What a great little touch. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and we had the best nights sleep we've had in a long time.
Breakfast was delicious and had a good selection of items, including a number of fruit juices. All items were of great quality. Try the homemade granola, its fantastic, as too were the eggs.

An absolutely wonderful hotel in a perfect location close to attractions. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and happy to assist with booking trips. Rooms were spotless and we appreciated the trouble taken to offer daily chocolate and weather forecasts. Breakfasts offered a wide choice of cooked, pastries and cereals and the staff were most attentive. All in all this is an excellent hotel and we would have no hesitation in recommending it,.

We have just returned from a 3 night trip to this hotel. It was organised as a surprise for my husbands 60th birthday. Communication with the hotel was amazing, they organised a transfer from the airport, and a birthday balloon to be placed in the room for our arrival. They also upgraded us and added a complimentary bottle of bubbles in the room for my husbands birthay. He was very happy! The Reception staff were all very friendly and helpful, offering us a map and directions or information if we needed it.
The hotel was spotlessly clean and smelt lovely in the lobby. Complimentary iced lemon water was available in the lobby which was also very good as it was 38 degrees outside!
The room was very well equipt, with 2 bottles of complimentary water, toiletries and a Nespresso machine with pods. There was also a fully stocked mini bar.
The bathroom again was spotless with walk in shower, towels and robes.
The location was perfect, close to all the sights.
Should we ever go back to Budapest, Prestige Hotel would definitely be our go to hotel.
If you are thinking of booking here, don't hesitate. It was fantastic and Budapest was stunning.
