Excellent hotel. Friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. We had an anex room which included a kitchen, Sofa, TV ....large comfortable bed. Walk in shower. Good WiFi. Very comfortable indeed. My wife, daughter and I had a very pleasant stay here. The staff were all very helpful and friendly with an excellent command of English. The buffet breakfast was extensive and included "champagne" which was a very nice touch. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall, a very good experience.

Our first visit to Budapest and chose this hotel based on the good reviews! The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff are friendly especially a young lady called Carolina she was very helpful. Love the complimentary champagne on arrival and at breakfast time. The hot tub is free to use which is good. The hotel is very very warm poss too warm but it’s better than being cold. The breakfast is nice it would have been nice to have had bacon on one of the mornings, and beans daily however the scrambled eggs was exceptionally tasty. If you head towards New York cafe you will find bus stops and also the bus stop for the red city tour bus, if you head down the street in opposite direction (right) towards bars such as Billy’s bar you will find the ‘strip of bars’ where it’s much cheaper £2 for a glass of wine and cheap beer it’s much cheaper than the centre and ruin bars, there’s also food down here too. We didn’t find this till our last night which was a shame. The hotel is lovely and the maids do a great job even folded our pjs! The bar area is cosy and you never feel rushed.…

This hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance of the transport links but on a quiet road. The staff are all friendly, speak good English and were very helpful with booking our evening cruise and airport transfer. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast plentiful. A complimentary welcome drink, champagne and chocolate fountain for breakfast and surprise birthday cakes for guests are all an added bonus. We would stay here again.

We stayed here for four nights and were delighted with the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was large, comfortable and clean with everything we needed. We had a balcony which was good, as we could have the door open.The room was a little warm for us. The buffet breakfast changed every day and was excellent. We walked everywhere, the hotel was ideally situated to reach all the places we wanted to see. There are some great restaurants nearby too. We had a brilliant time in Budapest.

4 night stay here in Budapest. The hotel ticked all of our boxes. The main one being sleep!! Very quiet and comfortable room which is what you need after a day exploring! Very modern, roomy, clean and fresh feeling. The maids did a great job every day! The breakfast had everything you could possibly need, covered everything! Breakfast area was beautiful with extra sitting space in the large conservatory. Reception staff were one of the nicest and most professional group of people we have ever come across! We hired 2 shopping bikes that sit outside the hotel, very cheap, 12 pounds a day. We had the best day ever on those bikes!! What a perfect way to get around the city and soak it all up!! Make sure the tyres are pumped up first though! Heartily recommend this gem of a hotel- perfect! Well done guys, you're doing a great job!!! …

Amazingly nice hotel and very friendly employees. Nice breakfast. Very modern and clean. We strongly recommend this hotel to both families and couples. You can reach most attractions by walking for about 20-40 minutes. Do NOT take the taxis with “FREELANCER” written in the front doors as they will cheat you by driving longer routes than Google maps shows but if you take them then check with your own GPS and tell the driver to take your route. Be prepared for a bad excuse!!

Lovely hotel, in a great location only a few minutes walk from the New York Cafe (which has a Hop on Hop off bus stop outside) and about 10 minutes walk to Ruin Bars and other sites. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was lovely with a glass of fizz and a chocolate fountain as an extra treat. The server remembered I needed Gluten free bread when I came down on the second day and I had a basket of GF bread and pastries everyday which was lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Almost everything was perfect : Welcome, cleanliness, breakfast, jacuzzi. Very special employees. Well-located The only thing was that my bed was uncomfortable, there was a dip in the mattress. But then I changed sides on my last night and it was fine.

A fantastic hotel with everything g you need. The staff are all so helpful and the welcome champagne is a lovely touch. The lobby area and outdoor area are a lovely place to relax. The whole hotel and rooms are clean, spacious and have all the amenities you need. The spa area is also a very nice touch in a city hotel! Breakfast good with lots of choice. Would highly recommend, good location and close to lots of bars for on an evening. The hotel staff also give great restaurant recommendations which we loved. We loved our stay here and would drffinitely return.
