Anabelle B&B is located in the downtown of Budapest, few seconds from the Hungarian Parliament Building and the Danube river. All rooms include breakfast, free WiFi and cable tv. Our rooms have modern air conditioning systems. The B&B is located in an old historical building with elevator. The district is the safest in the capital because it is the government district. The Spar supermarket is 100m far from the Residence and also a non stop shop is not far from the building. Many Restaurants, coffee houses and bars are a few walking minutes located from our location. Public transportation (metro, bus and tram way) and also many Landmarks are nearby.
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
It is a bed and breakfast. It is not a hotel. It does everything it says on the tin. Gives you a comfortable room with en-suite and everything is clean and tidy. Breakfast is plentiful with a good variety and served by a charming lady who can offer insights to the city. Despite fantastic location it is very quite and traffic or people noise Can’t think of any negatives to write. Everything was positive as it’s efficiently run and perfectly maintained.

We stayed in this lovely b&b last weekend with a friend. I chose it for the excellent reviews and the strategic position. Consider that it is located a stone's throw from parliament and the metro and tram stops. The room is nice and welcoming, but above all clean!!! We arrived at night and to get the keys we had to enter a series of codes, which was explained to us exhaustively in the Booking.com messages. Breakfast was a nice surprise, as there was plenty of choice. Upon our arrival in the room, we were greeted by a beautiful and very sweet dog who kept us company the entire time. The dark-haired lady was incredibly kind and fulfilled our every wish. Even the coffee I have to say wasn't bad at all. On the last day we were able to leave our luggage so as not to have to carry it with us and when we returned to collect it, a very kind gentleman offered us two espresso coffees. We had a fantastic stay at the Annabelle during our 3 nights in Budapest. I emailed Thomas several times before our trip and he responded speedily. He very kindly organised our taxi to and from the airport and it ran really smoothly. He was waiting to welcome us on arrival. We had a triple room and it was lovely and the B&B provided shower gel, tea and coffee aswell as a hairdryer. The breakfast was lovely with eggs as you requested and all of the staff that we met were so friendly. The B&B is in a fantastic position right next to the beautiful parliament building. I would definitely recommend the Annabelle to anyone visiting Budapest in the future.

Carmen the owner is there always. She is so sweet. She prepares the breakfast. You will feel here like you are home. The best part of this place is that you get outside the door and the Parlament is right in front of you. Just this makes this place so special. And of course the Danube River on the side. A block away from the trolley. Lots of restaurants and beautiful places to visit. Rooms are big with very confortable beds. Ee came here with my husband and definitely one of the best trips we have ever taken with best experience.

The parking for car was hard to find, but the frendly staff helpd us found it. The staff is so nice and frendly they even have a lovly dog. The rooms are clean and great whit a lot of space. The bathoroom is clean and spacey and the walk in shower si so big. You are in the center of the city so everything si so close. I recomende this hotel.

Welcome of the landlady (and her dog :) was very friendly. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, and in a great position in the center. Nothing wrong to point out (perhaps except for some noise from below us especially in the morning and sometimes at night, but this is nothing so serious. I think it is because the house is old and not so well insulated.)

Well located near the Hungarian parliament building and at 2 minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable, clean and large bedroom with bathroom. Clean sheets as well. Breakfast ok. "Cappuccino buono"!

The apartment was perfect. It was very clean, had everything provided and was very well located. The owner especially was very kind and provided us his 24/7 help. We were even allowed to leave our bags (after check-out) to visit to city a bit more. You won’t find a better place to stay than this one.

Very near to Kossut ter M2 station, Parliament and Danube. Old style building with high ceiling and elevator. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast including scrambled eggs resp. omletts. Broad beds.
