Broken toilet seat, dingy and unloved eg cracked tiles, stained bathroom. Could here the noise of the tram outside. Management could do a lot better to improve the quality even if it is a guesthouse. Breakfast was comparatively expensive as you could get better and cheaper in the locality.

We stayed for 4 nights. We loved the rooftop terrace. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us great recommendations. The breakfast was sufficient and it was great that we could have a coffee or tea whenever we wanted. The rooms were clean and had a small fridge and comfortable bed. Location was outside of the centre but the guesthouse is close to several bus and metro stops and a stop of the hop on hop of bus. Great budget accomadation to explore budapest!

I stayed here for a conference. For me it was perfect. The hotel was 1km from where I needed to be. It is also close to public transport and the heart of Budapest. Everything that is needed for a good stay is in walking distance. It is also close to the touristic activities. The staff here was very friendly and professional. At day one I even got a free tea while I was waiting for my room. This is not a 5 star hotel, the rooms are modest but they do the job. I found myself spending much more time outside than inside. There is also a balcony next to the breakfast room, here you have a very nice view. And a quiet place to sit and relax. The only negative thing was that my room was next to the street. And at night there tends to be some noise. This was however fixed quickly by closing the window. They block off the noise quite good. I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this place.

Stayed last year and forgot to write a review. Perfect for the price, not in the middle of the town so not very noisy. Nice 20 minute walk along the river into the centre or easy to use tram system! Large main station 30 second walk. Nice kitchen if you're on a budget and want to do your own meals, there's a big aldi 200m away. We ate in a couple of the small close places, very nice. Hard mattress probably my only complaint!

We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are clean but basic. The beds are very comfortable but very noise every time you moved. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I would not recommend the breakfasts its very expensive. The location is out the way from the the centre but there is metro and buses very close. There is shops very close and the exchange places are much better around there.
