Good service, clean room. I think they should invest in some more english lessons for the staff. Dont bother to order breakfast. Go 5 min to the nearest bakery ! The tram stops right outside, order a room not facing the tram.
I sent them email asking a few questions prior departure, never got any replies. So I phoned from UK, and was met with a wall of unhelpfulness, that was a warning sign, which I should have attention to... but one lives in hope...

We book it 24 hour before. All good hotels was occupied already. Here was 55 Euro price and a parking near the building. You can reach city center by bus (about 8 stops). Silent place... while no tram.

Absolutely awful room and bad room dirty, smelly and cold. No security fire, poor breakfast, fridge empty and very noisy you can find better places in Budapest for sure !!!! Then if you wish to enjoy your stay look for something else hope this comment...More
