I was received by a very friendly receptionist who told me i was guest of the day and I was getting a free upgrade from junior to full suite. Besides i was offered a 30 minute massage at their spa, which I didn't use.
Hotel needs remodeling, from the interior, old building, uncomfy beds, old tv's, overpriced for a suite .
If you are travelling to budapest with a family I suggest you rent an apartment in the inner city for a better price.
