Reception desk very welcoming. We were transfered from Park Boutique by a lovely young lady called Zsabrina who informed us that 8 rooms were out of commission. Zsabrina organised a taxi and we were brought to the Boutique Hotel.
At the Boutique Hotel, we were...More
Except for the front office staff which is kind and keen to help, there is no service in this hotel. Period. There needs to be a serious service renovation in this property if they want to stay competitive. The breakfast is less then average, couple...More
The location of this hotel is second to none. Yards away from the green freedom bridge and the Danube river, which is like a motorway for cruise boats and waterway traffic, its amazing to see. The Gillert thermal baths are also at the end of...More

Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention
and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.

I can't remember the number of the bus but we used our Budapest card for all travel while we were in the city and this included the bus from airport to hotel and back. The official Budapest Card can be purchased online and collected at the airport. It also gives discounts at attractions and restaurants.

Hi, no real tips on the hotel other than hit the breakfast buffet about an hour before it finishes to get the full range. You can walk easily into town (2 min walk) to get to a wide array of restaurants. I recommend the bus tour to get an overview of Budapest and history insights. The boat trip is also good and my favourite spa was st Margaret island. Enjoy! :)
