This is a small hotel approx 40 minutes walk from the centre of Budapest. There are lots of options of team, metro if you prefer to catch public transport to the centre. The public transport is very efficient. We had a standard twin room with en-suite bathroom. It was adequate for our needs. There is a mini bar and hairdryer, mirror in bathroom. I found the bed comfy as I sleep on a hard mattress normally. The only thing not working was the safe a staff member came to fix it but it became faulty again so I gave up. The reception staff are very helpful and polite couldn’t fault them in any way. Our room was at the back of the hotel and the environment was very quiet. The breakfast was good. The reason I gave it 3 star is because it was sold to us as a 4 star hotel which it isn’t. It is a great hotel to book if you are going to be doing lots of activities most of the days and just need the hotel to sleep at night. The location is good and it is next door to a big shopping centre and lots of restaurants.

This is a moderate three-storey hotel which we booked for a long weekend through Loveholidays. It is slightly out of town and is quite a walk to the central sights of Pesht although there are good eateries nearby (turn left out of the hotel). The breakfast was more than adequate with a good selection. The rooms are well appointed and functional - think Premier Inn - and most important of all, are quiet. The reception is operational 24 hours and the receptionists are generally helpful.

Arrived at reception late and was quickly sorted with our room. Room was clean and warm and had all the necessary for a short break. Mini bar was stocked with beer water and chocolate. The bathroom wasn't as tidy as the rest, but adequate. The showerhead wasn't tight, but this was sorted straight away when highlighted - so couldn't fault the staffs efficiency. Breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. After a busy day, we found the bed very comfortable! It was noisy outside, but the double glazing kept it quite in the room. The only downside to our stay was after realising after getting in our pj's the milk and coffee hadnt been replaced in the room and when we asked for some to be left outside our door for the morning, but were asked to get them from reception instead. Overall, great place to stay and visit the city.... free trams as public transport was a novelty for us Brits!

I would like to say my wife and I really enjoyed our stay at your hotel, but the late check out charge left a bad taste in our mouth, especially after the lady on the desk told us there would not be any charge only the day before.  I didn't want to cause an issue as the lobby was quite full and if we would of known we probably would of just used your luggage room

Staff very friendly. Especially the night man who worked whilst out here. Very clean and the breakfast was nice. Just wish the bar done cocktails then would have been perfect. Shopping centre takes 2 minutes to walk too which is great. And trams and transport east to use once you get hang of it. Can pick it up literally round corner from hotel.

Of course, I understand that the Hungarian language is closer for the reception staff, but when two guests check in, one of whom speaks Hungarian, this does not mean that information about the hotel, what time breakfast starts and what time you need to check out should be provided in Hungarian , not in English. It feels like I'm an inferior guest. I had to ask my friend everything. Personally, I work at the reception in a hotel, and never in my life will I allow myself to speak in a language that at least one guest cannot understand.

A nice, friendly hotel that fulfills its main purpose - an overnight stay. In the price of the hotel, you also get the option of breakfast, which exceeded my expectations and was a high quality. Don't expect anything extra from the hotel, 4 stars are quite out of line in my opinion, the hotel gave the impression that it didn't care about everything and didn't solve anything. But the cleaning was perfect, every day a made bed and a perfectly cleaned room await you, maybe they forget to give you towels, but that's a small thing. I can't fault the hotel, but you definitely can't expect anything more from the hotel than accommodation.

Did the job as a suitable base for our trip but wouldn’t stay again or recommend unfortunately. Daytime staff were super friendly and helpful, evening staff a bit less so. Definitely not a four star hotel. Our double room was actually two single mattresses put together with single duvets, not comfortable at all really. Bath and shower directly in the room which was a strange layout and didn’t allow for much privacy! Needs some TLC. Cleanliness wise it was fine with the exception of a few squashed, dead flies on the roof that hadn’t been cleaned off (room 115) since summer I imagine! Breakfast food wasn’t really for us/to our taste and was a bit too busy and chaotic, but the juice and hot drinks selection was good. Would recommend looking elsewhere within Budapest.

We stayed for a few nights as part of a last minute getaway. The hotel was part of a package we booked. We were very surprised at the quality based on the price they charge for room and breakfast. The room was small but comfortable enough, bathroom again small and a bit awkward to negotiate the shower but again adequate. I found the bed uncomfortable but husband had no issues with it. Personal preference I suppose. Breakfast was delicious. Lots of choice, good quality ingredients. Plenty of juice and hot drinks. Nice informal dining area. Location was good, approx 5 min walk to main tram route, Margaret bridge was approx 10 min journey and lots of areas easily accessed from there. Download the BudapestGO app before travelling it simplifies buying tickets. You need to link your passport to it but easily done. You can then either purchase single tickets or day passes as needed. Reception/bar staff were so helpful and friendly, providing us with lots of information and advice. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
