Slightly worn hotel, on the edge of the city center. The Rooms were clean and ok, but could use some reform. Slept well though. Breakfast was ok. Appreciate that also gluten-free breakfast were taken into account, when asked. That was important to us. There is not much to see nearby, but that was not a problem. The Metro station (line... Where to start... I have been to many hotels, from Inn in German village, to castle in France. This is one of the worst hotels I have been to. Surroundings: I didn't know Budapest had ghetto. Shady characters standing in doorways, sizing up tourists passing by, loud groups of "hood" guys... I am a big fellow, and I was not... More

I really liked this hotel. The best thing about it is the wifi and the breakfast. It is 5min walk from Keleti train station which was very convenient. From hotel to city center is 20-25min walk, 5min by taxi (for around 3000-4000 forints). The room was nice and cozy but not too big. It was decently clean, could have been... More

There is no laundry service although the website and Guest Directory say they do have the service. The rooms are old and dark. Please do not expect too much. This is absolutely a budget hotel. But yes, this is close to the metro.

I was having surgery and chose this hotel as it was close to the hospital and the price was excellent . My transfer driver from the airport immediately told me to be careful of the area as it was not full of desirables. I could see as we pulled up that there were sadly a lot of homeless in this... Room looked really old, we we were on the top floor and did not had any view, however the breakfast was good and the metro/busses were close by. Facilities were almost not existent, wifi was available for free though. But that is about it.

Things are not as clean as they should be. We found dead bugs on the floor. The bathroom could be cleaner and we were given NO bath towels!? We went to the reception to ask for towels and they told us bath towels were only given to guests in emergency situations!? This hotel doesn't deserve the 3 stars at all!!... More
