We had a very comfortable stay in this hotel serviced by friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the room overlooked a quiet courtyard in the area near the opera house. A 2 minute walk from the fashionable Andrassy St and the Opera House, the street is a bit desolate at night but not unsafe. A great value property
Excellent hotel in a very good location. Lovely welcome by Adam, nothing too much trouble. Room was very clean and spacious, peaceful night's sleep, no outside noise. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Will definitely stay there again.
Have stayed here before and would definitely return. Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms and very good breakfast. The location is perfect for sightseeing and it's on a side street so not alit of night time noise.
The first impression was misleading as the street is narrow and the buildings across are under construction. But inside everything was good. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I wish they had a softer pillows, but it’s just my need. The location is very good as well: close to everything, walking distance to central street of Pest and nice restaurants. Service team is very accommodating and helpful.
Our stay was great in this hotel. We were very well received and the staff give us good advices on what to visit and where to go for dining. The room was confortable and clean and the buffet breakfast delicious.
A perfect boutique hotel Large rooms, rich breakfast With cheeses, sausages, fruits, breads, cakes, eggs, muesli, a coffee machine and many other things. Close to a metro station and popular sites Lovely staff who help with everything
Really liked the hotel. Good location, quiet, nearby paid parking. Staff was helpful. Room was large. Good amenities. One odd thing - there is a frosted window from the bathroom into the room. You can't see in - but when someone turns on the light in the bathroom, it lights up the bedroom for light sleepers.
We spent two nights before and two nights after a Danube River cruise at the wonderful Casati Hotel in Budapest. This charming, small hotel, located on a quiet street, is within a couple of blocks of great restaurants, bars, and public transportation. The rooms are spacious and comfortably appointed. The included breakfast buffet was varied and satisfying. The staff was extremely helpful in pre-travel correspondence and even more so when we arrived. Our main contact, Adam, is the consummate concierge! With excellent English skills, he provided a wealth of information for our daily sightseeing and meals. He printed our tickets for the hop on/hop off bus, which was a terrific way to get an overview of the city. On three occasions he or his colleagues arranged transportation to or from the airport and river boat. This is the perfect hotel for walking around Budapest.…
The hotel was well located on a quiet street. We received a fantastic welcome by staff who were so helpful especially Gregory. He was very friendly and approachable and nothing was a problem from giving us tips on sight seeing, restaurant recommendations and organising taxis for us. The breakfast was lovely with good choices of foods all very fresh and well presented. The breakfast room was a very relaxing space and great to start your day there. The room was spotless, comfortable and quiet perfect for us.
Nice hotel with accommodating receptionist, the only things I have to say is that the cleaning of the room was not perfect. The breakfast change everyday which is a good things, nice location to travel around the area.
