2. You can find in all units a many aqumpent for your convenience Sach as living room a small or big kitchenette ( depends of the size) even a lundery machine!
3. the staff are very friendly and willing to help
4 the location is quite good. you have a metro station just 1 min walk
5 and the price are quite reasonable.
I highly recommend this place

We were enchanted by this residence both in its decoration and its quality.
We felt at home there, a real little comfortable apartment. Lots of storage, everything you need and more.
The bedding is comfortable.
The breakfast is not grandiose, but quite sufficient and for all sweet and savory tastes.
Everything is cozy and warm with all the necessary modernity.
We really appreciated the calm, the cleanliness, the discretion of the staff.
You can take your time, rest, while quickly being at the center of all the interesting visits.
Means of transport are just a stone's throw away

We spent a week in this hotel. The facilities are very good as they appear in the photos. Very central allowing you to walk to all points of interest. If you don't want to walk you have tube line 1 on the doorstep (the oldest tube in Europe after London.

Breakfast a little scarce.

We stayed at the Residence Izabella for 4 weeks in July/August 2007 and cannot recommend it highly enough. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite with kitchenette and 2 bathrooms. The suite was very tastefully decorated with plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 boys of 11 and 13. As we were staying for so long, we were happy to see a washing machine - and we could also use the dryers in the basement for free. Although the hotel has no pool (I believe that guests will soon be able to use the pool at the hotel's partner building across the street), the boys were happy with the free wifi and the laptop provided downstairs. Residence Izabella is perfectly located, just off of Andrassy Blvd close to the yellow subway line and bus stops. The hotel is within walking distrance of Heroes' Square and the City Park, as well as the West End mall, the city's largest mall. Since we were relocating to a house on the outskirts of the city, we were glad to have this opportunity to get to know the downtown so easily. However, the hotel's most important asset has to be its staff. Kinga and Joe have gathered a young dynamic team - from the front desk staff to the chambermaids, everyone did their best to make our stay comfortable. The front desk staff all speak excellent English and are happy to answer questions or find those answers quickly. All in all, this was a perfect place for us to start our 3-year stay in this beautiful city.

Residence Izabella is a nice hotel near the center of Budapest in the vicinity of nice shops and good public transport.
The accomodation is on a very good level and the service of the team, consisting of very nice people, is just great.
I stayed around 3 months in the hotel and the team contributed to it that my time over there has just been fantastic.

Me, the bloke and two of my friends stayed at Hotel Izabella over New Year and we had a great time.

This newish hotel is conveniently located off Andrassy Street half way between Hero's Square and the main drag by the river.

The reception staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful and the rooms we stayed in were stylishly decorated and immaculately clean.

Each room has its own kitchnette/lounge area with all mod cons including a TV, CD and DVD player so it is great if you want to invite your mates back for a few glasses of the local wine after a night crawling the bars in Liszt Ferenc Street (we reccomend Birdland and Incognito).

Although the hotel does not have its own restaurant, the hotel is really close to a wide variety of places to eat and it does offer snacks and meals on 24 hour room service.

In addition to the whole handbook of services the hotel offers, if guests are feeling sporty they can visit the hotel's gym in the basement.

We would go back there every time in Budapest. The hotel was miles nicer than the dodgy looking establishment two of our other friends had the misfortune to find themselves booked into near Margaret Island (miles away from the action).

I'm staying here for 6 months for business, and it's been a very nice, comfortable place to live. The rooms are elegant, clean, and well-done. The staff is extremely helpful, and it's in a great location. There are little perks that add up to a great experience, too, like having fresh apples in the reception for you to take on your way, and having a very nice courtyard with a bunch of tables outside so you can have somewhere to relax and have a cup of coffee.

I have only two, maybe three gripes, none of which are that major. The first is that the maid service can get a bit overzealous. There is no Do Not Disturb sign available, and the maids will barge in any day including weekends, and can sometimes be annoyed if you're there and they have to come back later. The beds also have a strange arrangement of linens. There's a bottom sheet and a half of a quilt, but no top sheet and no blanket that covers the entire bed. Each quilt/blanket covers half of the bed, which makes it feel like you're sleeping in separate beds from whoever is sharing the bed with you. It's strange, but you get used to it. Lastly, it would be great if the gym were open past 10pm.

All in all, though, these are minor issues and I would very happily stay here again.

Having read the outstanding reviews for this property on Tripadvisor, I booked a 3 bedroom apartment for my family in April of this year. I have to agree that the apartment more than fulfilled our expectations with regard to the decor, amenities etc. but what ensued was a nightmare situation for which I believe the hotel was responsible. Having traveled to Europe regularly during the past many years, we are accustomed to the high bathtubs and the need to step carefully over the side when stepping out of the shower. None of the bathtubs in the Izabella are equipped with rubber mats (or at least weren't in April), and to make matters worse, there is a metal ball-shaped doorstop directly in front of the tub, which when hidden by the towel mat on the floor is easy to trip over when stepping out of the tub. There is nothing to grab onto since the bar in the bathtub is on the opposite wall. Aware of all of this, my husband nonetheless fell and broke his hip when trying to step out of the tub. What ensued was an operation, a stay in the hospital, and an extended stay in the hotel since he could not fly for several weeks and in fact had to purchase very costly business class tickets when we did fly since he could not sit for any length of time. I believe this would never have happened had we been staying at a property with its headquarters in North America. The hotel management assumed no liability whatsoever, and in fact did not even offer us a preferential rate for the extended stay at the hotel. When I noticed that one of the dryers in the laundry room continued to spin even when the door was open, I reported it to the front desk. When I noticed nothing had been done about it several days later, I once again notified the front desk. Finally, when I asked the manager if anyone had told her about it, she said she was unaware of the problem. The dryer was never fixed while we were there. I feel this was indicative of the lack of attention to potential dangers to guests of the hotel. Yes, the staff were very cordial and friendly (but when I called the front desk for an ambulance when my husband was in dire pain and could not move the clerk suggested that I wait an hour for the hotel doctor to arrive.) In the past I relied heavily on tripadvisor.com for travel advice, but I wish I had never read about Residence Izabella since their denial of any responsibility and their lack of any gestures to compensate even minimally for not providing a safe environment, are inexcusable.
