We really enjoyed our stay in the two bedroom apartment. Room was clean and location was perfect. Metro station was about 1/2 mile walk through a nice area. There are dozens of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel as well. We had breakfast included at the nearby Marriott and it was fantastic, probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. All the hotel staff were also very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Dated, or better outdated appartment place. Our 2 bedroom appartment with kitchenet was spacious right at the center of Budapest. The room was clean but its furnitures has seen its best days already. Good option to have breakfast at the DNB as it brightened our days...

This place is fabulous from the rooms, space, location and people. Viktor at thr front desk was super amazing and helpful (i am just jealous for his super professional and calm tone he uses all the time). Mr Arne, the general manager is humble, helpful, responsive and hands- on...and seeing the business he is leading an absolute creative thinker. Kriszta at the reservations literally responded within 30 minutes...fast, and helpful. We had a super delish breakfast at Marriott by the River at DNB ...executive chef and the restaurant manager (Tibor)is in par in any Dubai standards if not higher . (Best eggs florentine ever, the executive chef is mingling with the guest; besides being super busy. Norbert and Kathia, Rita and Eszter : absolute gems from F&B team.fastest clearance of dishes and coffee service on earth). Overall : want the best view, service , room on the most hygienic and safe way you can imagine? Book with Marriott budapest. No Brainer!

Where do I even start??? This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in! You are right on top of everything! The room was very clean, the bed was massive and the living room and kitchen were great for eating in and chilling from the busy centre! The sauna is a must visit, the gym isn’t too bad too, but we got confused and thought we could see the city from the gym but it’s definitely just a mirror! The pool is small and cold but perfect after the sauna. If you don’t want to have to use public transport everywhere, then this is the hotel for you!

We stayed in this hotel for a long weekend in November in a one bedroom apartment. The hotel is relatively good because it's location, as it is in the heart of the touristic area. We arrived with a late night flight, the guy from the reception tried to bully us that we need to pay for the internet and although i said to check our booking he really wanted to charge us. Even after showing him our booking he said that he cannot give us internet as it is the policy of the hotel and that the next morning to speak with the manager... This unprofessional penny chasing by a hotel is really disgusting, as for an extra 10 euro/day to bully the guest is not fair or professional and I am sure lots of people are falling into this trap. I am never ordering a hotel were is not internet available for free in the room. At the end decided that being late at night and being tired, we will not start an argument and in the morning will speak with the manager. In the morning I went down, was already another guy at the reception and he said that his colleague mistakenly took us for other guests, which ordered via the hotel website and it was a mistake and indeed we have free internet in the room. As a Marriott hotel I would have expected them to call me in the morning and apologize, not wait until I will go down and ask about this issue. Another issue in our suite was that had a single window which actually was opening, even that one just half way down. We wanted to open the window as in the room was a very heavy smell of some chemical solution with which they are cleaning. The one bedroom suite doesn't have a television in the living area, just in the bedroom. All together the positive for this hotel is the location and the cleanliness. Also the bed are comfortable. Because of the bullying and penny chasing, by principle I will not chose anymore this hotel when in Budapest. This is so low, to try to bully the guests which are arriving late with an extra 10 euros/day...
