Hotel is really Bad. Bad Situation. Unfriendly stuff. Not to recommend. Breakfast is Not enough. Hotel need to renew itself. Photos are Not real. Klima is brocken everywhere. Changing Tools daily was very good.
Perfect. The room is nice and clean. It is close to the Keleti and all the most important places. Next to it there are many fast food restaurants and 024 shops. The receptionists are kind and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious.
Refused to give us back our room deposits (20000 huf per room) due to being too noisy and apparently causing 2 rooms to check out - we were only in our rooms for 6 hours max a day for 4 days. We had no first or final warnings and was surprised about this on checkout. Also the rooms are like a sauna and the road outside sounds like an F1 race/world cup final/d day beach landings all rolled into one. And unless you enjoy pepperoni sandwiches for breakfast, don't bother rushing out of bed. Oh and bring your walking boots cos it's a good half hour wander to any decent boozers.
Ok,,,,let's just a few myths here. It's true you get what you pay for and for a three star this is a perfectly decent option. People have been moaning about the noise and I can that is nonsense as this a very quiet hotel. I a. very sensitive to external noise in hotels and I had no issues at all. Reception staff are friendly and speak good English. We had a n issue with a faulty heater that turned our room into as sauna during the day and there was no hesitation when we asked to move rooms which impressed me. The rooms are decent sizes and critically very clean with decent sized bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Breakfast is basic with only scrambled eggs and bangers as the hot option but tons of bred, ham and cheese to fill up on. If there is a school parry in you might have to sit in the reception area to eat but hardly a massive hardship. This hotel is right next to main station and metro station with a bus stop outside. All in all a decent experience for the price and I would have no hesitation to stay here again.…
I love the way the receptionist attended to me. Making me feel at home and helping me solve some problems as well. The room is good and I love the breakfast. Great experience and I look forward to it again. I’ll come back for sure
I would avoid this hotel it is a long walk into centre also it is only half hotel half private residence, the noise levels were totally unacceptable going on late into the night with party’s in the private residence part and the noise echoing rite through the hotel part , totally unacceptable. on the plus side the staff are extremely helpful and can’t do enough for u. Very disappointed and won’t book this hotel again.
Last minute budget break Ideal for all transfer links - metro, train and buses. 30 minute walk into the centre (if you like walking) Hotel basic but suits its purpose. Staff are friendly and helpful Breakfast is basic - you get what you pay for! Would stay again if we ever was to go back to Budapest
Very good location just 4 stops from city center. Very good breakfast big spacious clean room. Next to the train station and the Arena Mall. Right at the corner from the hotel Burger King and Mc Donald's for a quick bite. New York Cafe only 10 minutes walk
We had the most amazing experience in the hotel and it was very centrally located Staff were all so friendly and welcoming Breakfast was great and lots to choose from the scrambled eggs were delicious
good hotel; great position- right in front of the train station; metro stop 20 metres from htl.. very proffessional, freindly and helpful staff; good breakfast.: varierity of sweet and savoury foods. good quality for your money. However, I didn't feel safe returning to the hotel late at night as there is a bar next to the htl entrance where there were heavy drinkers.
