We were very pleased with this modern boutique hotel… it has wonderful views of the parliament building across the river- which provided nice views during the day & amazing views when it lights up @ night. We had a balcony where we sat at night enjoying the views with our cocktails from the lobby bar. We had a nice stay, it’s in a good location with restaurants within walking distance.

This is first 18 hours of a 4 night stay: This room (see picture) was billed as a "free upgrade of a castle view". Technically, i suppose you can see a castle ;). Room is good, but shower had me shoulder to shoulder wall-to-shower door. Definitely needs a bathroom upgrade. Breakfast is good. Service: while friendly, attention to detail isn't there. I pulled up on street/front door entrance, unloaded my car, grabbed my own luggage cart, and once at the check-in at the counter i asked for valet which came a couple minutes later. No greeting whatsoever curbside, no assistance offered as you try to unload your car along a busy street. Valet not present and ready to receive. Not all extras ordered/confirmed were present upon arrival (missing a bottle of adult beverage). The place is located in a great spot for Metro/Taxi, but not close enough to walk to all the cool things on other side of the river. Will get a Danube River view if we come here again.…

Really modern hotel with clean rooms. Nice staff, but some of them didn't speak good english, but that was okay. We picked the room with the castle view, and later we realized that we should have picked the river view, because that's where the amazing Parliament was, but the castle view was really beautiful too. Hotel was in a really good location, near two bridges to Pest, the other side of the city, just that one bridge was under renovation. After all, really amazing visit in this hotel.

Amazing views of Parliament from the hotel rooms. Location is perfect close to city center. Train/Tram stations are few meters away. Staff is very warm welcoming. Rooms are quiet spacious and towels, shower gel, lotion etc are provided. Cleaning is done regularly.

The hotel is fine meets basic expectations except for in one major area: the Wi-Fi. I spent 3 nights here for work, and really struggled with slow Wi-Fi that could not even manage simple processes such as email. Every 2-5 minutes the signal was so weak that it would drop out completely. I mentioned this to the front desk s couple of times, and they said that this is just how it is in the rooms, so I should work at the bar instead.

The hotel is really great place to stay!! We had a room with a view of the Danube & the Parliament, we enjoyed it a lot!! Rooms are of really good size, nicely designed, beds & pillows are comfortable. Bathroom is very good, equipments work great & there are all necessary toiletries of perfect quality. Breakfast is great. Choice of food is various including but not limited to eggs, different sausages & cheese, vegetables, fruits, cereals, bakery, etc. Stuff is professional & very helpful. My special thanks to great receptionists who helped me to print out papers I needed. So, we loved our staying. If I am in Budapest again, I’d definitely love to stay there once more!!

after 2 nights in which we had to change 2 rooms! we finally got a room with a working ac and a functioning door, just to realize that the bathroom sink was clogged. we are highly disappointed that after all that, the hotel didn't think we deserve some kind of reparation

This hotel looks great, the rooms are spacious with amazing views, its very close to many restaurants and landmarks but sadly the staff really let it down. I didn't encounter any staff member who seemed to care at all about my stay. They didn't clean me room the first day, and only did it the second day because I had to ask. Then they didnt even change the sheets. We were woken up by an alarm and werent given an explanation or apology for it.
