Lovely stay for a few days over Easter. Hotel looks a little dated from the exterior but interior is fine. Rooms good size, although bathrooms a little tight. Great facilities with large swimming pool and several spa pools Breakfast was a highlight. Great selection of hot and cold food. Our waiter, Clinton, was exceptional. Very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. A tremendous asset to the hotel

As a TA regular reviewer, I have been in many, many countries of the world, in multiple hotels large and small. But, if hotel room showers are a priority, you simply won't find any better than Ensana. The shower "room" is large enough for 4 people, huge overhead showered, and most importantly, water pressure that is just totally delightful. Plus, you can regulate a wide range of temperatures from scalding hot to ice cold, and everything in between. My daily routine always started out on the right foot with a great, great shower. I would have loved to have the large bath towel be a bit more fluffy but this is a minor matter in the scheme of things. The rooms themselves are decent size, beds are comfortable but not luxurious. I loved the outdoor patio to each room, clean and suitable for morning coffee if the outside temperature is warm enough. Each room comes with comfortable large robes, suitable for use in the spa area. HDTV has multiple channels, but only a few in English (and no CNN that I could find). The rooms were cleaned early (wonderful !). Restaurant for breakfast and lunch served delicious items cafeteria style. I enjoyed all of the many choices each day. Kudos to the kitchen staff. I took the #26 bus 3 or 4 times from just outside the hotel into the city (about 15 minutes drive) and various connecting points therein. You can buy bus tickets for $1.20 each way in the hotel gift shop (at current exchange rates). Even taxis are reasonable -- just be careful to ask the front desk to call a taxi for you, to insure not being ripped off. I thoroughly enjoyed the spa, had a great massage (at reasonable prices) and the choice of pools. All in all, I would come back here (notwithstanding the slightly out of the way location on Margaret Island) in a heartbeat.

Lovely hotel in a special location in a beautiful city. We love it and this was our fourth stay The spa is exceptional - lovely to look through the glass walls to the trees of the park around. Staff so capable and friendly. Rooms very comforable and well fittted out - the pictured glass surrounds of the shower room are so beautiful. Food is lovely too.
