Prater Residence is a relatively inexpensive accommodation, clean enough to stay but it does not quite meet the standard of cleanliness usually expected from an accommodation of this type. Plenty of space, very helpful staff, excellent location for transport, but the décor needs updating and the kitchen needs more equipment. What I really loved about this accommodation was the small... We had a 3 night-stay in Budapest, a couple and another adult in an apartment with bedroom and living-room, which was spacious enough for the 3 of us. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathroom was large. Good area, quite close to the city center, accessible by tram, station at a 10 min walk. We had very noisy neighbours and... More

The hotel is very close to the town center and monuments. We have found quite dirty room (the couch was full of stains, the dishes were dirty and the stove was full of dust). We went out to visit the city and when we returned my iphone charger, a cable and some money disappeared. They were standing on three different... More

We booked six nights here for our first stay in Budapest. We chose Prater House because it advertised a washing machine and coffee kettle in the room. Since we're on extended holiday, we needed to catch up on laundry. The weather was cold and rainy the first three days, which made the distance from downtown a problem. We weren't yet... More

We stayed in a 2 bed apartment, it was spacious with 2 bathrooms and a balcony. The beds had quite thin mattresses which were a little uncomfortable but the bedding was good and extra pillows available. The kitchen area was adequate for our stay, 5 nights, but there was no oven which made re-heating meals difficult. We mostly used the... More

Located in Pest near the Museum of Applied Arts the Prater Residence is clean with large rooms, ask for a garden appartment if you can as the street side was a bit noisy, but you need to be mindful that it is a major city and that comes with all the noise of a city. Location was perfect for local... More

There is free wifi in all rooms. There are bars, restaurants and shops in close proximity & the reception staff were always... More

Booked this apartment for first trip to Budapest. Excellent value for a modern, 2 bedroom apartment for family of 4. Top floor apartment (penthouse?) had nice roof terrace. Clean, modern hotel close to centre of city. Very pleasant helpful staff, they even washed our dishes one day. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the wonderful city of Budapest. Will be... More
