TG Hotel Suites are nice and the location is really great to explore Budapest. Just a few blocks from St. Stephen's Basilica and a quick walk to metro & tram stops. Communication with the staff was excellent through email and whatsapp. Anna and Bernadette were very helpful. A few things we learned during our stay that might help future guests.
Booking is by apt category, not specific apt and not all apartments have all the amenities listed in the category. We booked the Grand category expecting the washer & dryer listed in the amenities and only had a washer and racks for air drying. If a dryer is essential, confirm when booking.
If booking in the Spring/Fall confirm the air conditioning is actually working in the building. Although the thermostat worked, we learned that the building air had already been shut off because it's between heating and cooling season. The room got quite warm and the only way to cool was to open the window. Two big sliding glass doors in the windows which cooled the room. Unfortunately, they also let in the noise and cigarette smoke from the sidewalk below. Bernadette provided a fan which helped to cool the room without opening the window as much.
The lights are controlled by switch panels next to the bed, kitchen and entry. Good idea, but we found in our room they had to be all on or all off because the zones didn't work as expected.
The apartment was big and we had room to spread out. There was a big couch and king bed. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare simple meals. The bathroom was nice with a separate bathtub and rain shower. Strong water pressure for a hot relaxing shower.
I really liked the outdoor electric blinds that completely shut out the light. Even with the blinds open, the windows/door were very well insulated and blocked most street noise. Entry to the building requires a code for added safety. TG staff is onsite during the day and we left our luggage before check-in and after check-out which was very convenient.

We were shocked at how lovely and spacious this apartment was. Although it is situated in a great location for tourists, the windows and outer venetian blinds kept the noise to a minimum. Beds were very comfortable, TWO bathrooms (wonderful when travelling as a family), plus the kitchen and laundry made our stay as comfortable as we could hope for. I had a few questions about getting around Budapest and the reception was very prompt and friendly when we asked. We stayed in the marble room.

We booked the ‘Marble’ suite purely because it was the biggest and it was the only suite that had a washing machine and we were very impressed with the value for money (especially compared to other European cities - this would be a recurring theme throughout Budapest.)
The suite itself is huge and well equipped. Couple of slight flaws here and there but can easily be overlooked.
Location wise, it couldn’t have been any better. The building is an area that’s full of restaurants, and with St Stephen’s Basilica literally around the corner. Public transport options are all within a short walk.
There is no physical reception but the instructions sent are very clear and easy to follow. We had a misunderstanding with the suite booking but that was rectified immediately.
Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when we inevitably come back to Budapest.

These apartments are really well located in the city centre, so much was walkable. It was very secure - you need 3 different 6 digit codes to access your room! We stayed in a cosy suite and it was massive, with an incredibly comfy bed! There's multiple grocery stores within a 5 minute walk so you can stock up the fridge. Only negative was that it was hard to find our room when we first arrived - it was on the 2nd floor, but we didn't realise there is a "1/2" floor, so the 2nd is actually the third floor up. Overall great value, would definitely recommend.

I booked this accommodation expecting a hotel, not an apartment, and chose it partly because it was advertised as having parking available. However, there is no parking on-site, so be prepared to find your own.
The room was cozy but quite dusty; there was visible hair and dust under the mattress. Despite being advertised as ‘high-speed internet,’ the Wi-Fi was unreliable. After 10 p.m., I couldn’t stream anything smoothly.

Fantastic location in the city centre (15min to everything). We really liked the design of the room which was modern and cozy. The well equipped kitchen was handy for breakfast. Lights/shades/courtains were all electrically operated which we enjoyed right from bed :D. The biggest positive is the heat insulation from the outside. It was around 35 degrees C outside but in the room it was very good (thanks to thick walls and good AC). Also the room is well sound insulated, you cant hear any noises from the busy street. Personally I really loved this place and would visit again. 10/10

Fantastic location and the room was perfectly clean and very modern. Only thing it didn't have was a full length mirror in the apartment. We would have loved to stay longer and make use of the kitchen (there is a supermarket 2 mins walk away).
The communication from the staff before arrival was great. We had an issue with my phone not connecting to a network in Hungary and as I was on a plane/in a taxi I didn't have WiFi so couldn't receive the arrival email with all the codes to let us into the front door or room! Luckily my friend was able to phone the staff and we were rescued within minutes, or else you can go next door to the sister restaurant who would be able to help, they also keep your luggage for you if needed.

The location is very good, but for us was very hard to find. There is only a very small plaque on the left of the entry doorway to identify it plus no way to communicate with reception. We only gained access because of other guests leaving the building. There were some other incidents of later guests having the same problem as we let them in on our way out.
Our room was very spacious and contained all the facilities one would need to be self-sufficient. Having laundry capability was a boon. The reception staff were always pleasant and helpful.
There are many quality restaurants within easy walking distance, as well as a couple of supermarkets.
Chain bridge, basilica and Danube are short walks away, as is the bus stop for services to the Buda side and the castle.

Everything was perfect apartment was beautiful and clean, everything what we needed was there / from plates and glasses to iron /Very fast internet connection. Perfect location with restaurants shops (some of them open 24h) We had a car and was very easy to park on the street - a lot of empty spots ( you can pay easy on the street or by application. If you want closed parkings was available near the apartment. Very good communication with the owner. If we will be one more time in Budapest for sure we will choose this place again.
